Molok the Destroyer and his warriors have always spread terror among their opponents. Barely born, he was thrown into a pit filled with hungry wolves, and only once he had killed them all one after the other was he deemed worthy to be part of the Skulleater tribe . They say he only eats the hearts of his victims, which would explain his countless victims. The Destroyer is so powerful that a single strike is enough to penetrate the armor of his enemies. His armor, forged in the heart of the Mountain of One Hundred Fires and enchanted by the greatest of the orc shamans, is so strong that no attack can pierce his leather and metal pieces. His own father would have given the strength of his last breath to protect his son in battle, and legends tell that his spirit is always embodied in the armor, promising agonizing pain to anyone who would dare to attack the leader of Skulleaters

Workshop

This armor was designed for a true barbarian warrior. Vegetable leather molded and plated metal patina, each piece is carefully worn out by hand, which gives its wearer the look of one who has experienced a lot of violent battles. Completely modular, it is possible to choose several types bracers, pauldrons and sleeves to customize the set. Because the handmade aging effect, each piece is unique from one series to another. The Destroyer Armor, fully customizable, has everything to make its bearer the most impressive and ferocious of all barbarians!

There is nothing that can stop you. The design of your shield allows you to stand in close formation, advancing on their defenders and dispatching them quickly. Even if an arrow should find its way through the cracks, your Troy Helmet will keep you protected.

DETAILS

Epic Armoury’s Troy Helmet is a steel helmet inspired by the armour worn by the ancient hoplites. Featuring a horsehair plumed crest and protective cheek- and nasal-guards, this round steel-capped helmet is both impressive and practical. The shape of the helmet provides exceptional protection while granting the wearer clear vision.

Secure the Troy Helmet by tightening the leather strap beneath the chin, keeping the helmet in place. Made of 1 mm thick galvanized mild steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armour piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.

HISTORY

• Worn by the Hoplites in the ancient Hellenic World around the Battle of Troy
• Some speculative ancient writers suggest this style of helmet was also worn by the warrior women of Africa
• Also referred to as a chalcidian helmet

Epic Armoury’s Shoulder Plate Giant Warrior are a set of two shoulder guards designed to protect the shoulder-joints and upper arm. This armour’s metal plates overlap one another to provide complete laminate protection. Overlaying the spaulders is a large pauldron, which provides additional protection to joints and armpits. Atop the pauldron a vertical plate sword breaker catches and deflects blows before they can impact the head. The sword breaker is slightly concave and somewhat higher at the back than the front, thus providing protection without impairing vision. Although the armour is designed to match Epic Armoury’s ‘Warrior’ set, it is fully interchangeable with other Epic Armoury armours in order to fully customize your character’s look.

Secure the Shoulder Plate Giant Warrior by tightening the top leather strap onto a breast- or neck-plate, adjusting so that the armour sits comfortably over the shoulder. Keep the armour from further moving by securing an additional top leather strap around the upper arm. Made of 1 mm thick mild steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armour piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.
