Your Epic Dark Armour is as dark as your intentions, hardened by the evil magic your subjects provide. As you withdraw your sword, sizing up the quivering soldier who feels brave enough to stand against you, you begin to laugh. This will be a very brief fight--if you can even call it that. The little man looks barely strong enough to hold up his hammer.

Epic Armoury’s Floating Knees are a pair of poleyns designed to protect the knees from pesky arrows. Sculpted to provide the most protection to the entire knee--including the sides--you can depend on this armour to keep you up on your feet. Overlapping plates provide comfort and flexibility, allowing great mobility on the battlefield.

Two leather straps are used to keep each of the Floating Knees in place. Made of 1 mm mild galvanized steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, these armour pieces are built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care..

A Noble’s Knee Protection

Epic Armoury’s Green Noble Leather Poleyns are a pair of leather guards designed to protect the knees from pesky arrows. Molded and cut to provide the most protection to the entire knee--including the sides and the top of the shins--you can depend on this armour to keep you up on your feet. Overlapping plates provide comfort and flexibility, allowing great mobility on the battlefield. Perhaps most importantly, these poleyns also feature incredible details like scalloped leather and green velvet edging, as well as the cut-out designs.

Made of hard top-grain leather, these armour pieces are built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather care. Two leather straps are used to keep each of the Noble Poleyns in place. Brass eyelets along the shins and at the top of the poleyns can be used to attach to thigh and shin guards. Worn on their own or with an entire set of armour, these Noble Poleyns are sure to add some class to your costume.
