This genuine horn comes from the Indian water buffalo, and was chosen specifically for its ombré colouring. The outside is polished to perfection and the lip of the horn is plated with a tasteful smooth metal band. The inside of the horn is treated for food consumption and longevity using a wax coating.

Enjoy cool and room temperature liquids in your drinking horn while remaining in character, hiding away the unsightly plastic bottles. To clean, place in warm soapy water, and brush gently with a bottle brush. With use, the wax may begin to peel back from the wall naturally. It can easily be re-adhered by adding more wax. Purchase a block of pure bees wax and gently melt it onto the affected area, thumbing the area closed and sealed again.

Cracks in horn may be fixed with the application of dish-washer safe "ModPodge", available on request at your local Spotlight or craft store.

Do not use for hot beverages. Do not use for alcoholic beverages higher than 20% ABV. Do not place in boiling liquid or put boiling liquid inside horn. Do not drop. Consume contents responsibly.

NOTE: Be careful when washing with hot water as made from natural materials that may crack or warp from excess heat. We recommend hand washing for increased longevity.

The hornsling "Castagir", from the house Fucina del Drago was decorated with elaborate, Celtic knot patterns. It is shaped slightly conical to its underside, so every horn sits securely in its place. Curved lines and an antique finish make this hornsling a very decorative piece, that highlights the unique "nordic" character of a drinking horn. For LARPer and medieval fans, it is a nice and practical accessory in which signal horns and upholstered weapons can also find their place well. Thanks to the sturdy leather lacing on the front, the diameter can be extended as you wish.

Black Dragon is our brand for the design and construction of weapons, armor and props oriented to LARP, Cosplay and film productions.

These are articles made of materials such as plastazote, evazote, resins and the like, used to give shape and substance to the wildest dreams of every designer or to reproduce objects not otherwise available because of fantasy.

It was born from the meeting between the Fucina del Drago and Black Forge, an artisan workshop that has been active for years in the LARP and Cosplay sector at national and international level which, in February 2020, joined forces in the common goal of expanding their work and their skills to offer them on a wider market also linked to film productions.

From this collaboration, projects related to TV series have been born that have benefited from years of experience and tests on materials, at the same time highlighting on the one hand the absolute reachable realism and on the other the possibility of truly shaping the imagination to give shape to things otherwise unattainable.

From the feedback obtained, the push that led us to strongly believe in this new project was born to the point of creating a brand dedicated only to this type of product.

Epic Armoury’s Viking Mask Helmet is a skull cap helmet inspired by the Vikings of the 10th century. The “spectacle” guard over the eyes provides great protection for the face while still allowing the wearer good vision. Reinforced with rivets, a combed apex, and a steel band around the rim, you can expect this helmet to stand up against the Roman Empire and its inferior states.

Secure the Viking Mask Helmet by tightening the leather strap beneath the chin, keeping the helmet in place. Made of 1 mm thick mild steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armour piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.

Epic Armoury’s Viking Spear is a 190 cm latex spear with a long, leaf-shaped ridged spearhead. Handpainted and sculpted to give it a realistic look, the Viking Spear’s 40 cm spearhead appears to be attached to a long pole with metal bolts. A crossguard is attached to the head to protect your grip along the dark wood-coloured pole, while a matching metal pommel can be used to strike unsuspecting opponents when the spearhead is busy.
