Epic Armoury’s Female Leather Armour is a leather cuirass designed to protect the female torso while also providing great flexibility. The upper chestplate, shaped to the female body, is made from sturdy full-grain leather and covers the shoulder, chest, and under the arms. Soft split-leather covers the abdomen and back to allow great mobility, embellished with a squared stitching pattern and a scalloped edge along the top. A stiff full-grain leather flange is stitched to the lower edge to help turn blows away from the hips.

Wear the Female Leather Armour by adjusting the leather cords along the flanks and front opening, and the leather straps along the shoulders. This armour is fully compatible with other Epic Armoury leather and metal armour pieces. While designed to fit an Imperial setting, the style will also match a broad range of worlds and characters, allowing you the freedom to create your own unique style.

This bestselling Epic Armoury Broad Belt is a hefty leather belt fitted with D-rings for attaching additional equipment. The belt is made from two connected parallel leather pieces and adjustable braces at the front and back. The belt’s rim is stitched with a leather cord, adding rural detailing that gives life to your costume. Fasten the belt by securing its two 70 cm long belt tongues over a heavy leather plate on the front, locked in place by two rounded, brass belt buckles. Two spacers are included with each belt to give an extra option for customization and perfect fit. The spacers can be used alone or in combination.

Epic Armoury’s Battle Skirt is an ankle-length, loose garment suitable for both men and women. Designed to be worn on the hips, this heavy cotton skirt is fitted with cotton drawstrings at the waist to keep it secure with or without a belt. Slits at the front, back and sides allow for easy movement during combat, and are reinforced with patches of split-leather to prevent tearing.

The Battle Skirt is great for defining a unique character uniform. Whether you are a one-man army wanting to stand out, or you are in a unit of soldiers and want to blend in, you will appear both stylish and dangerous by wearing this Battle Skirt.

A stylish bag to keep your valuables in.

Made from harderend 2mm vegetable tanned leather, with belt loops.

At the narrowest point of the bag it is 10cm across and 4cm deep.

It is a perfect afternoon for a walk through the forest, the sun dappled and twinkling on the path as a peaceful breeze dances through the trees. You are gathering herbs for a medicinal potion to cure a young elf’s fever.

As you find the sponge-like moss beneath an ancient tree, you harvest a small handful and place it into your Elven Bag. A few more ingredients and you can return to your village to save your kindred.

Epic Armoury’s Elven Bag is a beautifully crafted accessory designed to hang from the bet. Shaped like a pocket and decorated with carvings, this bag has a lithe and elegant appearance. A softer green leather is stitched along the sides, allowing the bag to be expanded as necessary. Close this bag by securing its leather cord loop around its small bar of horn. Hang the bag from your belt using the belt hanger on the back.

The Elven Bag is made from dyed split-leather and is stitched around the edges to ensure a product that will withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment. The bag is designed to be elven, but is compatible with other Epic Armoury items and great for any character who need to add elegance or class to their costume.

Epic Armoury’s Churburg Armour is a simple low-fantasy piece of armour protecting the front and back of the torso and abdomen. The plate rests at the waist and is sculpted to fit the body and add structural strength to the steel.

The Churburg Armour is embellished with a wide ‘V’ on the front to deflect attacks away from the head. It is fully usable with Epic Armoury’s other metal work products, giving you the freedom to customize your character’s costume. Made of 1 mm thick mild steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armour piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.

HISTORY

• Loosely based on the Churburg #13 breastplate, a historically famous armour set from the 14th century
• Historical inspiration was considered a “transitional” breastplate, meant to be worn with a lot of chainmail
• Our version is much bigger than the original, protecting the entire chest

Epic Armoury’s Merc Light Armour is a cuirass made from leather and steel covering the front of the wearer's torso. The front of this breastplate circles the wearer’s neck, sloping around the rib cage to protect under the arms. The lower edge of the breastplate rests over the sternum, curved to protect bone while providing lots of flexibility for the waist. The steel plate is fitted onto brown leather straps, attached to a large steel ring behind the shoulderblades. This design allows for the most maneuverability on varied body shapes and torso lengths.

The Merc Light Armour is designed to be easily worn and removed. The shoulder straps are secured to the breastplate using sturdy steel pins, so no apprentice is required! Match this armour with other Epic Armoury metal products and customize your character’s costume. Made of 1 mm thick galvanized steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armour piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.

HISTORY

• Plate armour became more popular as firearm technology became more prevalent during the 13th century
• Historically designed with sculpted ridges and overlapping plates to provide reinforced protection and to deflect attacks on a chaotic battlefield
• A ‘mercenary’ is a person who is paid money to fight for a foreign army, and is often associated with behavior overly concerned with money rather than ethics

The leather Kendra cuirass is made by Italian designers Fucina del Drago.

This cuirass provides full torso coverage and is the basis of the Kendra set, an extraordinary women's armor.
It is ideally combined with the matching shoulders and mantle, and pairs fantastically with the Tenebra battle skirt.

The two-part corsage is very elaborate and consists of a front and back. With two buckles each, the chest and back part are connected to each other and attached with shoulder straps.
The D-rings on the front side are designed for the separately available tassets, but can also accommodate other accessories.
The shaped breast fits up to cup size "D" and is suitable for a wearer up to a size 14.

Our work briefly translates into this: starting from an idea, a sketch, a story and transforming those smoky lines into an object that can be used in the context (whether strictly historical or fantasy) for which it was designed.

Realization, with a particular attention to detail and real use (not only display but rather mainly products made to be worn, used, lived).

Assistance, so that everything that has already been created does not suffer the damage of time or the wear and tear of years of use.

Black Dragon is our brand for the design and construction of weapons, armor and props oriented to LARP, Cosplay and film productions.

These are articles made of materials such as plastazote, evazote, resins and the like, used to give shape and substance to the wildest dreams of every designer or to reproduce objects not otherwise available because of fantasy.

It was born from the meeting between the Fucina del Drago and Black Forge, an artisan workshop that has been active for years in the LARP and Cosplay sector at national and international level which, in February 2020, joined forces in the common goal of expanding their work and their skills to offer them on a wider market also linked to film productions.

From this collaboration, projects related to TV series have been born that have benefited from years of experience and tests on materials, at the same time highlighting on the one hand the absolute reachable realism and on the other the possibility of truly shaping the imagination to give shape to things otherwise unattainable.

From the feedback obtained, the push that led us to strongly believe in this new project was born to the point of creating a brand dedicated only to this type of product.
