DREKI Brass Torques, inspired by Viking art, easily adjustable and comfortable to wear.  Dreki means dragon in old Norse language. In Norse mythology there are several references to dragons. The most common example of a dragon from the Norse myths, is Níðhöggr, who gnaws on the roots of Yggdrasill, the immense mythical ash tree that connects the nine worlds in Norse cosmology.

Epic Armoury’s Viking Arm Protection is a set of vambraces inspired by ancient splint armour. At first glance, the Viking Arm Protection pieces may appear fragile, but don’t let that fool you! The vambraces can be worn over leather or clothing, and the vertical steel strips offer excellent protection of your forearms without hindering your mobility.

Three leather straps are used to keep each of the Viking Arm Protection vambraces in place. Made of 1 mm mild galvanized steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, these armour pieces are built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.

Shield Bash!

Your shield sends a goblin clear off his feet, landing in a pile of his buddies. They miscalculated your massive strength, and are reeling backwards on the retreat. So much for supposed alliances--you can feel the goblin blood soaked clear down to your Tunic. They have learned too late that betraying an Orc of the Black Water would mean death. It’s too bad they won’t be able to share the word with their kin.

You adjust your great shield, letting out a battle cry of rage as another goblin aims for your ankles. Shield Bash. This one goes flying another fifteen paces.

Epic Armoury’s tunic is a light Viking-style shirt often worn as an undergarment, with a large V-shaped neckline. Epic Armoury’s Dark Horn of Jotunheim is a drinking vessel designed to hold a liter and a half of your favourite beverage. This genuine horn comes from the Indian water buffalo, and was chosen specifically for its dark colouring and massive size. The outside is polished to perfection, while the inside of the horn is treated for food consumption and longevity using a wax coating.

Enjoy cool and room temperature liquids in your drinking horn while remaining in character, hiding away the unsightly plastic bottles. Our drinking horns are a great addition to feasts and war meetings. Use it like any other cup (remember to drink with the point of the horn rotated to the left or right...you’ll thank us) and keep it from spilling by resting it in a leather frog on your belt or in the wrought iron horn stand that comes with this purchase. With the proper care, you can expect your Horn of Jotunheim to last many long years.

• The ancient Greek term for a drinking horn was simply keras, which means ‘horn’
• Drinking horns were used for ritual and ceremony purposes throughout the Middle Ages
• Most Viking Age drinking horns were likely made from domestic cattle, while some might have been larger and made from an auroch

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Natural horn products are ABSOLUTELY NOT DISHWASHER SUITABLE.

To clean, place in warm soapy water, and brush gently with a bottle brush. With use, the wax may begin to peel back from the wall naturally. It can easily be re-adhered by adding more wax. Purchase a block of pure bees wax and gently melt it onto the affected area, thumbing the area closed and sealed again.

Cracks in horn may be fixed with the application of dish-washer safe "ModPodge", available on request at your local Spotlight or craft store.

Do not use for hot beverages. Do not use for alcoholic beverages higher than 20% ABV. Do not place in boiling liquid or put boiling liquid inside horn. Do not drop. Consume contents responsibly.

As the patriarch of the clan he will not bow down to any nothing, who attempts to mauraud his village. Behold the Stronghold Dreki Sword: Sea serpents, dire-wolves and competing Viking-scum will not stand a chance!

This splendid 102 cm sword has a 67 cm fullered blade designed to be lightweight while maintaining its structural stability. Made from EVA foam surrounding a fibreglass core and finished with a strong and impressive paintwork, this sword is just as soft as any latex coated weapon but even more sturdy in battle, and another significant addition to the Stronghold line! 

The longer version exhibits a 20 cm long, highly detailed spacer made from polyurethane foam, that is sculpted and hand painted to resemble real leather with cross- stitching.The golden crossguard features an elaborate serpent-like embellishment, and the handle is cast and painted to look like realistic hardwood with a crescent gold-pommel at the bottom.

Due to the density of the blade, there is a chance of paint being rubbed off due to the friction caused when the blade and another dry surface makes contact. To mitigate this, we advise you to coat the blade with a thin layer of silicone, which will reduce the friction and in turn stress on the paint

Celtic Cat Torques, was designed for comfortable wearing,  easy to adjust. Torque (troq or torc) from Latin torques "to twist" is a common name for all rigid metal neck rings, that our ancestors had been wearing since the Bronze Age. Torcs were popular with the Romans and it is considered a typical Celtic artefact. It was a symbol of both religious and secular power, worship and protection, as torcs were worn by gods and godesses, heroes, warriors and aristocracy; it represented a high social status and importance.
