N.B.: Blind lenses get their realistic look by covering your pupil. You will have a noticeable reduction in light reaching your eyes.

When the magic enters your body, it changes you. There are the obvious effects--the way you can wield fire and call lightning to your fingers--but there are also the small changes one can notice when you’ve cast a spell.

One particular effect happens to your eyes, and many find it unnerving. Your irises shift, turning to a pure white. It gives your adventuring party the creeps, but they don’t complain too hard when you use your magic to protect them from attacking monsters.

Epic Effects’ Blind White Lenses are soft and comfortable silicone lenses designed to disguise your natural irises to look completely white. Use this dramatic effect to appear blind or possessed--it’s up to your creativity!

These contact lenses are made to be comfortable, allowing your eyes to breathe and making it possible to be used for long periods. With careful maintenance, these lenses can be used many times.

These Epic Effect, Effect Lenses heavily impairs your vision. As such, they are best used individually instead of together at once. They do not require a prescription. Use them to provide an impressive dimension to your costume.

Epic Armoury’s Collodium is the non-flexible form of collodion, a syrupy solution made from pyroxylin in an ether and alcohol solvent. This rigid collodion is great for theatrical makeup effects, including:

• scarring,
• wrinkles, and
• burns

Directions for use:

Apply a thin layer of collodion to fleshy skin and allow it to dry completely. You will feel the collodion tighten and pull and pucker the skin where applied. The looser the skin, the more dramatic effect you can achieve! It is especially noticeable on cheeks, and can be layered with multiple dried coats to get deeper lines.

Add to the look with some water-based makeup by adding some pink for a new scar, or brown for an old one. Use powder to remove any lasting shine and finish with setting spray.

Removal:

Repeated application of rigid collodion to the same spot can cause damage to the skin and actual scarring. Safely remove the dried film by using Collodion Remover and cotton balls. Soak the cotton balls in the oily remover and wipe at the collodion effect until it peels off gently.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Be careful when applying collodion to avoid the eyes and mouth. Apply in a well ventilated area. Keep away from open flames, as this product is highly flammable.

Intimidation. It’s your main form of weaponry while facing the heroes, because it gives you full control. When your enemies fear you, they are more likely to make fatal mistakes.

Your Dark Drake Armour is as dark as your intentions, hardened by the evil magic your subjects provide. As you withdraw your sword, sizing up the quivering soldier who feels brave enough to stand against you, you begin to laugh. This will be a very brief fight--if you can even call it that. The little man looks barely strong enough to hold up his hammer.

Epic Armoury’s Dark Drake Breastplate is a finely sculpted piece of armour that protects the front of the torso, chest and abdomen. Sculpted to fit the body and add structural strength to the steel, this galvanized steel piece has been decorated to mimic reptilian scales. The plate rests at the hips and has a V-shaped flange--or sword turner--that deflects blows from the weak spot where torso and leg armour fit together. The armour is made from rolled mild steel treated with Epic Armoury’s Epic Dark Metal coat, which gives the armour a rugged, antique finish.

The Dark Drake Breastplate is designed to match Epic Armoury’s Dark Drake Armour, but is fully usable with other Epic Armoury metal products, giving you the freedom to customize your character’s costume. Made of 1 mm thick galvanized mild steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armour piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.

Epic Armoury’s Roman Sword is a classic latex weapon inspired by the Ancient Roman legionnaires. The 65 cm double-edged blade has a central ridge and narrows toward the crescent-shaped crossguard. Sculpted and handpainted, the detailed crossguard protects the 13 cm split-leather handle. A fish-tail pommel caps this sword, painted to match the crossguard.
