You are the sort of dwarf that people talk about when describing the dwarven pinnacle of perfection. You’ve worked in a mineshaft that generations of your family have worked in before you, and it’s a good living you can be proud of.

One day while you are hard at your work, kobolds attack. This isn’t something you will stand for, so you plan to teach them kobolds a lesson. Using your Dwarven Greathammer, you bear down upon the attacking pests in great sweeping strikes.

Epic Armoury’s Dwarven Greathammer is a 150 cm latex hammer uniquely designed to be safer and easier to wield in combat. The Dwarven Greathammer’s head is symmetrical, reaching 45 cm across the top and 34 cm along the bottom with two 21 cm long faces designed to deliver a fatal blow to your enemies. The head is hollow, making it safer to use and more lightweight than a foam alternative. Sculpted and hand painted to look like dwarven forged metal, the head is attached to a similarly decorated haft and a 50 cm black or brown leather wrapped grip.

The haft is made from durable closed cell foam around a 15mm fibreglass pipe and finished with a strong latex coating. The head is made of strong, flexible latex with an interior foam rod to maintain its shape and keep the head attached to the haft. With regular latex maintenance you can feel confident that your LARP weapon will be both safe and impressive at your game.

HISTORY

• A late medieval weapon designed to damage armoured opponents without penetrating through plate
• Long hammers were typically designed to fight against mounted troops, whereas shorter ones were used in close quarters
• Long hammers were also used to attack horse’s legs during combat

Your Dark Drake Armour is as dark as your intentions, hardened by the evil magic your subjects provide. Epic Armoury’s Dark Drake Breastplate is a finely sculpted piece of armour that protects the front of the torso, chest and abdomen. Sculpted to fit the body and add structural strength to the steel, this galvanized steel piece has been decorated to mimic reptilian scales. The plate rests at the hips and has a V-shaped flange--or sword turner--that deflects blows from the weak spot where torso and leg armour fit together. The armour is made from rolled mild steel treated with Epic Armoury’s Epic Dark Metal coat, which gives the armour a rugged, antique finish.

The Dark Drake Breastplate is designed to match Epic Armoury’s Dark Drake Armour, but is fully usable with other Epic Armoury metal products, giving you the freedom to customize your character’s costume. Made of 1 mm thick galvanized mild steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armour piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.

Epic Armoury’s Imperial Shield is a semi-curved gothic latex shield inspired by a late 13th century kite shield. Hand painted and sculpted with careful detail, this shield features a studded metal rim and a laurel-crowned skull and banner on the shield’s face.

Wear this Imperial Shield left-handed with the use of two leather arm straps on the back, secured through hard EVA foam for a reliable and solid grip made to last. Feel confident that this latex shield will withstand the continued abuse of a LARP with regular latex maintenance.

Epic Armoury’s First Crusader Sword is a beautiful latex blade inspired by high-medieval longswords. The sword is 110 cm long, with a 80 cm double-edged blade with an excellent reach. The blade features a fuller, making the weapon lighter and stronger. The broad and richly decorated crossguard protects the 20 cm ergonomically-shaped handle, which is wrapped in split-leather and long enough to be used one- or two-handed. The pommel is handpainted and sculpted to match the crossguard.
