This leather scabbard with velvet covering is a specially developed accessory for our latex weapons. It is a open scabbard that holds the weapon firmly in place and provides minimal friction with the latex to protect against premature wear in LARP.  Made of dyed leather and decorated with laser engraving, it is also an elegant accessory for your LARP costumes. Ideal for any medieval warrior, soldier, knight or adventurer.

Using full-grain leather with a vegetable-tanned finish, this swordholder is versatile and attractive. Black Dragon is our brand for the design and construction of weapons, armor and props oriented to LARP, Cosplay and film productions.

These are articles made of materials such as plastazote, evazote, resins and the like, used to give shape and substance to the wildest dreams of every designer or to reproduce objects not otherwise available because of fantasy.

It was born from the meeting between the Fucina del Drago and Black Forge, an artisan workshop that has been active for years in the LARP and Cosplay sector at national and international level which, in February 2020, joined forces in the common goal of expanding their work and their skills to offer them on a wider market also linked to film productions.

From this collaboration, projects related to TV series have been born that have benefited from years of experience and tests on materials, at the same time highlighting on the one hand the absolute reachable realism and on the other the possibility of truly shaping the imagination to give shape to things otherwise unattainable.

From the feedback obtained, the push that led us to strongly believe in this new project was born to the point of creating a brand dedicated only to this type of product.

A fundamental component of our work remains attentive listening to the customer and continuous contact in order to be certain not only of the achievement of the final result, but also and above all of full satisfaction: from this point of view it makes no difference that you are a live role player, a cosplayer or a film production company, we will still be able to accompany you from the preparatory sketch to the finished product in order to give you the most precise possible idea of ​​what we are making for you.

This long LARP scabbard is made very durable from a tough nylon construction with a hard inner lining which helps the sword stay in place. Stitched onto the nylon case is a cross chest strap which goes onto your back. Either you hold it on your shoulder or strap it across onto your back. This Nylon Sword Carrying Case can hold a regular size Japanese Katana sword, wooden bokkens, Shinai bamboo swords, foam, and cosplay swords. You can never go wrong with this carrying case for the price you pay.

Note: this scabbard will not fit the width of all LARP swords as it is designed for the narrower blade style of a katana. If you aren't sure if this will fit your sword, please ask prior to purchasing if it would be suitable for your intended use.
