Website Issues

It has been a looooong time since we needed to crack out the Fail Whale, but unfortunately we're going to need to again.
Having just applied the latest security update to our website's base software, it has hit some incompatibility snags with our 3rd party coded modules.
Specifically, we're currently undergoing technical difficulties in regards to --ZipPay-- and our --Courier integration--.


What this means is that for the time being, Zippay is unavailable, but will be back soon.

Courier Integration

Regarding the courier issue it is manually defaulting to the pick up option. Selecting a courier option will just hit the same error again and bring you back to Pick Up. We will have to manually process courier costs until that's fixed as well.
If you are outside of Melbourne we are going to assume you want it sent, and will send you a bill for the cost of the courier PayPal via email.
You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay this bill, PayPal Australia has credit and debit card processing facilities.
These problems are being worked on as fast as they can.
