When night falls on the lands, your prey will emerge from the underdark. Much of your village has come to fear the underground elves and the silence in which they strike. They must be stopped.

Along with your fellow hunters, you see the first dark elf leave the safety of his cave. He doesn’t have a chance to go far before your arrow finds his heart. You will take his face and leave it at the cave’s exit for a warning to his brethren.

Epic Armoury’s Dark Elf Trophy Mask is a face mask designed to look like the torn away face of a dark elf. Hide your face behind this stolen face of a defeated enemy kept as a trophy--proof of your warrior’s claim to skill and grand victory in battle. Made from 100% natural latex, this mask covers the whole face with roomy holes around the eyes, nostrils, and mouth for comfort.

The face itself is narrow with a long, pronounced nose, a defined chin, and marked eyebrows. Wrinkles and jagged edges give it the realistic appearance of having been torn away from the face of the victim. The complexion is dark grey with black and white shading.

Epic Armoury’s Dark Drake Breastplate is a finely sculpted piece of armour that protects the front of the torso, chest and abdomen. Sculpted to fit the body and add structural strength to the steel, this galvanized steel piece has been decorated to mimic reptilian scales. The plate rests at the hips and has a V-shaped flange--or sword turner--that deflects blows from the weak spot where torso and leg armour fit together. The armour is made from rolled mild steel treated with Epic Armoury’s Epic Dark Metal coat, which gives the armour a rugged, antique finish.

The Dark Drake Breastplate is designed to match Epic Armoury’s Dark Drake Armour, but is fully usable with other Epic Armoury metal products, giving you the freedom to customize your character’s costume. Made of 1 mm thick galvanized mild steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armour piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.

Epic Armoury’s Dark Elven Blade is a chopping short sword, forged in the cruel style of the dark elves. The sword is 65 cm long with a gently curved, single-edged 45 cm blade. The blade is handpainted to look like bleached bone with a matching clawed crossguard and pommel. The 12 cm oval handle is wrapped in split-leather for an improved grip. For extra control, a pistol ring has been fitted onto the crossguard.

The blade has a dark, vicious feel that will fit almost any dark character, whether your style is that of a dark elven warrior or exotic raider. Epic Armoury’s Dark Elven Axe is a weapon specifically designed for the Dark Elven collection. The Dark Elven Axe is 65 cm long with a large, spiked axe-head. The 32 cm long axe-head is crescent shaped and serrated, and designed to appear claw or bone like. The 55 cm haft is finished to look like dark wood, adding to the weapon’s grim appearance.
