- The products sold here are for costuming and LARP and are not real weapons or armour

- 30 day return for change of mind is offered for store credit or exchange only

- Returns of customised items / special request items for the reason of change of mind may not be accepted & is up to the discretion of the retailer

- Shipping costs incurred for returns are the responsibility of the customer. The only exception to this is where the return is due to a manufacturing fault or shipping error on the retailer side for orders sent by courier in which case shipping costs may be reimbursed.

- It is the responsibility of the customer to assess the suitability of the product for their intended purpose prior to purchase, e.g. whether your LARP group accepts the particular brand or product
