There is a voice inside your head. A dark voice. An angry voice. One that wishes you to do grievous harm.
You grip your Rune Spear with a firm, confident hand, a smirk spreading upon your lips. You are a cleric of the Lord of Shadows, and you are happy to serve. The runes on your weapon glisten as you call for guidance from your god. The voice crescendos...and you move in for the kill.
Epic Armoury’s Rune Spear is a 190 cm latex spear inspired by warlocks and clerics of the night. In the hands of the chaotic evil, this spear features a 47 cm long spearhead and 117 cm long staff. Hand painted and sculpted, the finished result is an intimidating fantasy weapon with an intricate double-edged spearhead. Sculpted runes along the spearhead and grommets around the crossguard and pommel gives this spear a particularly vicious character.
Made from durable closed cell foam around a fibreglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, you can feel confident that your Rune Spear LARP weapon will provide the safety and appeal you want when crafting your kit.
A form of the spear has been used for hunting for at least 400,000 years
Spears were the most common form of weaponry during the Stone Age, and remained popular until firearms were introduced
During their training, young Jedis are asked to create, after lots of effort and research, the weapon they will be using for the rest of their lives. Combining complex notions of robotics, mecanics and crystallography, and with a great dose of Force, they are able to make the sample of the Jedi armament.
This weaponbelongs to the young Greelan, one of the few Rodians to become part of the order. Being especially gifted in the art of robotics, his lightsaber was one of the main parts of his training. With it, he learned discipline, attention to details, patience and modesty. But the result was well worth it : the Jedi council told him that, with his blade, his training was officially over. He now had the right to use it to keep the fragile balance in the galaxy.
Special thanks to Taylor Field, who found this original name, and to everyone who shared their name ideas on our Facebook page.
This weapon was created with the help of Fantastic'Art, who made the unique handle of the weapon. Calimacil was in charge of the bright green blade. The result is a perfectly safe LARP weapon made of tear-resistant Calimacil foam and highly detailed Fantastic'Art handle. Great for LARP use, this blade can also be used for cosplay. Please note that the blade is not made of a real laser : laser-blocking should be avoided at all costs.
Are you a Jedi? If yes, you will need this weapon. Oh, you're only a Padawan? Then this sword is all you're looking for : the result of years of training and research. Your enemies look at this blade with fear, and all wish to be able to wield it.
