Quick Overview

In the middle of the battle and in a dire position, Bertmund (illusionist soldier) and Arafinway (elven archer) are facing a certain death. The only thing left is Arafinway’s Lonnär hammer, which he holds tight, ready to fight until the end.

Suddenly, Bertmund has an brilliant idea.

"Arafinway, throw your hammer at the horde coming at us!", yelled the soldier trying to be heard through the furious clatter of steps coming towards the two lonely soldiers. "Trust me, throw your hammer as far as possible!"

Not getting the slightest glimpse of the strategy, the younger threw his hammer as far as he could while the illusionist chanted his spell. As his magic is only illusions, his plan is to terrify the ennemy force and scare it to death.

During its flight, the heavy hammer shattered in a great cloud of smoke and sparks, Far too late, the horde saw a million smaller hammers flying towards them, hitting each one of them as strong as the original one. One by one they fell, clubbed to death by the strength of the hammer’s magic.

When the dust settled, the two guardians approached the carnage, speechless. Arafinway picked up his hammer, that was without a scratch!

"How is this possible", stammered the flabbergasted Elf.

They soon understood that, with the combined strength of their dragon eggs, the guardian’s hammer was powerful enough to create the illusion of thousands of smaller hammers, but also to really change them into these hammers, ready to use in future battles.

Workshop

The Lonnär throwing hammer is a truly unique throwing weapon. Without a core and made of safe Calimacil foam, it can be thrown at your ennemies without any danger. This hammer has the same colour scheme of the full-size one: silver head and brown handle with a wooden finish. This gives an unrivalled realism to the weapon, that can be thrown years without breaking, thanks to the legendary Calimacil foam!

A Blade for the Hearty and Agile Fighter

Epic Armoury’s Caprine Sword is a hybrid LARP sword inspired by fantasy and designed to fit in the hands of the mountainous rangers we so love. Featuring a long latex blade with a deep fuller and a scalloped ricasso, the Caprine is a longsword handmade and hand painted to look like real steel with a brass ram hilt. The pommel is sculpted to look like a cloven hoof.

The Caprine Sword’s blade is made out of soft EVA foam around a 10 mm solid fibreglass rod core--chosen for its durability and safety. It is coated with latex for its smooth appearance and to minimize shredding. The 34 cm handle is made of polyurethane for its high detail, and the 14 cm grip is wrapped in leather.

Inspired by Fantasy

These soft polyurethane horns are the culmination of years of research into how to safely insert metal inside of foam, how to mitigate the force of strikes against a body in armour, and a snorting sparkling green dust during lunchbreaks.

Epic Armoury’s Guardian is a high-fantasy latex warhammer with rich, sculpted and handpainted detailing. The Guardian’s head is 9 cm wide, with a 15 x 15 cm face designed to deliver a fatal blow to your enemies. An 8 cm claw-like spike serves as the peen of the hammer, opposite the face. Sculpted and handpainted, the head of this hammer appears fitted to the haft through a jeweled metal bar. This detailed metal attaches to the steel-coloured haft and the 12 cm handle wrapped in split-leather for a comfortable and secure grip.

Made from durable closed cell foam around a fibreglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, you can feel confident that your LARP weapon will provide the safety and appeal you want when crafting your kit.

Epic Armoury’s Warhammer is an 85 cm latex warhammer inspired by weapons of the late medieval period. This particular hammerhead is a slightly larger imitation with a smaller spike, specifically designed for a fantasy appearance and regard for larp safety. The hammer’s face is octagonal, and is 7 cm long from the haft. The claw-like spike is 10 cm long. With handpainted and sculpted detail, this hammer is designed to look like worn dark wood. The 20 cm handle is wrapped in brown split leather for a superior grip.

Praise the Sun!

The Epic Armoury  Sun Hammer combines many of the lessons we have learnt over the past decade in the creation of what can only be described as "Anime Class" weapons. The ridiculous size of the hammer is off set by the new and rugged Hybrid cores, and the head has the special shock-absorber design to ensure that your opponents can make it back up in time for the next scene after they've found themselves blasting off again.

Epic Armoury’s Sun Hammer is a 135cm latex hammer uniquely designed to be safer and easier to wield in combat. The Sun Hammer’s 39cm long head is asymmetrical, featuring a flat 20cm wide face on one end and a spike on the other. The head is hollow, making it safer to use and more lightweight than a foam alternative. Sculpted and hand painted to look like dwarven forged metal, the head is attached to a similarly decorated haft and a 49cm black leather wrapped grip.

The haft is made from durable closed cell foam around a fibreglass core and finished with a strong latex coating. The head is made of strong, flexible latex with an interior foam rod to maintain its shape and keep the head attached to the haft. The Dwarven Greathammer’s head is symmetrical, reaching 45 cm across the top and 34 cm along the bottom with two 21 cm long faces designed to deliver a fatal blow to your enemies. The head is hollow, making it safer to use and more lightweight than a foam alternative. Sculpted and hand painted to look like dwarven forged metal, the head is attached to a similarly decorated haft and a 50 cm black or brown leather wrapped grip.

In the midst an epic battle, Dorgen Largebellows crushed the skull of his enemy in a single swing. His hammer had once again brought down a foe. Raising his head - and beard - high, the warrior looked at what was left of the horde in front of him. He held his hammer high, threatening. In a moment, all were fleeing and he was left alone.

Years before those events, the Dwarf had the great idea to forge himself a hammer fitting to his ambitions. He declared that this idea was a great one, and that they should wait and see the results. After months of hard work, he had the weapon to prove he was the greatest blacksmith, and ready for battle.

Workshop

The Dorgen Hammer is part of the Seyrawryn universe, created by Martial Grisé. This hammer, while looking incredibly real, is in fact perfectly safe thanks to its Calimacil foam. The grip has a leather texture and is adorned with a steel pommel, while the wooden handle holds the steel-coloured heads. A green emerald sits atop of this unique weapon. Its heads are hollow for safe LARP combat, and its Calimacil foam material ensures its durability for years of adventures.

Characters

Perfect for dwarven characters, this hammer will also suit brutes of a more rough nature, such as Trolls, barbarians and other monsters. Great to show some status and prestige, this LARP weapon is adapted to noblemen and women alike. However, it can also be used by the more common folk, like stoneworkers who enjoy their work.
