The bandit leader watched as a ridiculously small group returned from the caravan raid, all of them looking quite bloodied and very afraid. She was expecting some fear from her followers, but these dared return empty-handed, while they should know better than to disappoint her. This made no sense at all! Her scout had told her the caravan had almost no guards, only a few merchants and artisans travelling with riches and supplies. They were defenceless. Grabbing a haggard brigand by the collar, the increasingly angry leader asked for an explanation, and what she was given was a precious lesson about picking her targets.

Sure, the caravan had no soldier and was indeed very wealthy, but that should have been a sign that there was more there than what simply met the eyes. The scout had failed to report the caravan was accompanied by an elf's couple, traders covered in flowing silk and shining silver. Apparently, those two were the reason no one bothered to hire guards. As soon as the attack began, they both jumped from their saddles and unsheathed pairs of long elven knives, fighting with the kind of speed and efficiency no one would expect from simple merchants. Of course, most merchants couldn't live a few centuries, but elves had this tendency of just acquiring skills over their long lifetime, and the bandit crew simply didn't stand a chance faced by this duo of experienced adventurers turned silk traders. That was a blunder this bandit gang would never truly recover from.

Devious, coward, dishonourable, murderer... I heard a thousand insults, all attacking my worth, my morality, putting judgment on my skills, even doubting the status of my soul. I don't know if I need to cry or laugh. The peek of hypocrisy is to see what these so-called paragons of honour and decency would rather do instead. These high lords and noble knights that dare shame me are the worst of all. They don't hesitate to send hundreds of brave to their death in futile wars or to order whole villages to be burned and pillaged for their sake. What is worth so much death and suffering? Glory sounds like an empty excuse if you ask me. It would be so much simpler to solve these quarrels my way. It needs little more than patience, a sharp dagger, and a good hand to wield it. Whatever they say, I sleep very well at night. Can they say the same?

Epic Armoury’s Dark Elven Axe is a weapon specifically designed for the Dark Elven collection. The Dark Elven Axe is 65 cm long with a large, spiked axe-head. The 32 cm long axe-head is crescent shaped and serrated, and designed to appear claw or bone like. The 55 cm haft is finished to look like dark wood, adding to the weapon’s grim appearance.

Made from durable closed cell foam around a solid fibreglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, you can feel confident that your LARP weapon will provide the safety and appeal you want when crafting your battlefield kit.

Epic Armoury’s Medieval Hood is a hood with a mantle and long hood tail. The mantle covers the shoulders, keeping the upper chest warm while the hood protects the head and face from harsh wind. Made from felted, blended wool and lined on the inside with soft cotton, this hood is comfortable and solid. Decorative stitches line the hood and hem, embellishing and adding great detail to a practical product.

Put on this hood by simply slipping it over your head--it’s easy and cozy to wear. Hoods are great garments for rounding off your look, and the Medieval Hood is a stylish layer that fits a wide variety of character types.

DETAILS

Epic Armoury’s Dark Elf Ears are a set of latex-prosthetic ears molded in a pointed shape, a common sigil of the mythological elf. Round points sweep back along the head, helping this particular pair of elf ears to stand apart from the more classic elven shape. The prosthetic adds 5 cm to the helix of the human ear, and are as smooth and curved as a dark elven ear should be. The ears are modelled to cover and form-fit over the outer ear, allowing for plenty of surface area in which to securely and safely glue the latex to the wearer’s skin.

The Dark Elf Ears prosthetics are made from thick 100% natural high-quality latex, making it strong and durable, ensuring long life and extended reuse. Application of this prosthetic is easy using Epic Effect Prosthetic Power Glue, Mastix Spirit Gum or other prosthetic adhesive.

The Package contains instructions in English and French.

These Dark Elf Ears come in black, but can easily be painted to match the style you desire using Epic Effects Make-Ups.
