You and your crew pack what plunder you can find before a Royal Navy ship can come along, but as you pass the miserable captain you notice the leather pouch on his belt. You imagine it filled with coins as you snatch it from the man.

Even better than coin, you find a mighty fine Telescope inside!

Epic Armoury’s Telescope with a Leather Pouch is an extendable telescope made from brass and finished with top-grain leather. The telescope extends to 16 cm length and is functional, providing 2x magnification.

The telescope comes with a fine leather pouch in brown leather. The pouch is tied shut with a leather cord, keeping the telescope safe even when you are most active. Attach the pouch to a belt or vest thanks to a leather strap fitted securely on its back.

Sure you could* use this to fasten rope around a fixed point on a yard arm, but it's much more effective as an improvised weapon to slug someone in near quarters.

Aradani Studios elf ears are considered by many as the best costume prosthetics in the world. These are hand-crafted in our home studio by the artists of Aradani with attention to detail and quality.

Not only do we hand make and inspect each set of ears, we try to use the highest quality materials we can find. Often on the road we are told our ears last for years of use, with some people coming back with the same ears after 6-7 years of wearing them!  You can attach these ears with spirit gum or liquid latex (personally we recommend spirit gum). The seam lines can be blended with latex or hidden with the use of an ear cuff as shown in the picture.

These are handcrafted in our home studio, by the artists of Aradani, with attention to detail and quality. 

Aradani Studios was founded in 2002 by the Bielaczyc siblings, Michael, Paul and Sara. Their original intention was to work at the Tennessee Renaissance Festival as a part-time endeavor, a way for them to spend time together and have some fun selling artwork. So many people were interested in Paul's elven costume, particularly the pointed ears, that the they decided that they would add elf ears to the business. The following weekend, the Bielaczyc's began what Aradani Studios is best known for: hand-painting elf ears to blend in naturally with people's skin tone.

What began as a once a year activity for the brothers expanded in 2003 to include three Renaissance festivals and multiple conventions around the country. During this time, Aradani Studios carried a variety of other brands, but didn't manufacture any of their own products. However, with customers requesting custom prosthetics at every show, they decided it was time to expand.

Starting early in 2005, they began sculpting and producing their own line of prosthetics, by 2007, over 90% of the products they sold were created in house, made and manufactured in Nashville, Tennessee. Customers all over the world have enjoyed Aradani elf ears and masks.

Aside from latex prosthetics and jewelry, Michael and Paul Bielaczyc are acclaimed fantasy artists, winning awards all over the country and working for companies such as Dragonlance and Apex Digest. Their work can be seen in shows across the Southeast and various publications.

Epic Armoury’s Beer Mug with Metal Bands is a throwing weapon handy for impromptu fights against other midnight boozers. The beer mug is cylindrical, standing 20 cm tall with a 18 cm diameter. The mug is carved with a wood texture and coloured brown to resemble the staves of a cask, rimmed with riveted metal-hoops. The hoops connect to the metal-coloured handle which is 8 cm deep, leaving plenty of room for grip. The inside is coloured black, mimicking a dark wax typically found on the inside of wooden mugs.

Epic Armoury’s Ready-for-Battle Purse is a moderately sized cloth purse designed to hold coins or other personal keepsakes. The round bottomed purse is made from medium cotton and is tied shut with a cotton cord drawstring. The same drawstring is long enough that it can be tied to your belt in order to keep it close at hand.

The RFB Purse can carry a lot thanks to its 12 cm radius at full extension. Store anything that will fit inside its 23 cm length. Cloth purses are useful accessories and great for adding final touches to your character.

• Historically referred to and used like a “pocket” before pockets were added to clothing
