Epic Armoury’s Ready-for-Battle Fighter Bracers are fancy leather bracers designed to protect the forearms. The armour is constructed from leather oblongs cut from chrome-tanned, plated leather, riveted with brass studs onto soft split-leather. The armour is secured to the arm by sturdy leather straps and iron buckles.

This armour is hemmed with additional soft split leather to keep the armour from deforming with excessive wear. The armour is fully interchangeable with other Epic Armoury products, and is light with a distinct, neutral style that will fit with almost any world or character you wish to take on your first adventure.

This Ready For Battle Errant is an effective fantasy sword of medium size. It is 75 cm long with a short ricasso near the crossguard meant to protect the fingers from being sliced during certain historical sword maneuvers. The blade is superbly balanced with a 15th century English-inspired pommel and an ergonomic handle below a curved crossguard. The handle is sculpted and handpainted to appear like wrapped leather, but does not require leather care.

Ready For Battle weapons are moderately styled and cost-effective weapons that are perfect for new and young players. This RFB Errant is one of our hybrid models, featuring a handle cast in polyurethane foam that allows for greater detail and no maintenance. The blade is made from closed cell foam around a fibreglass core and finished with a strong latex coating.

Epic Armoury’s Ready for Battle Brawl Belt is a long slender belt made from black chrome-tanned, split-leather, providing a good anchor for swords and pouches. The belt is segmented, each segment twin-layered and interlocked with the next, reinforced by a thick leather cord that runs along the length of the belt. The sword has a 65 cm fullered blade designed to be lightweight, while maintaining its structural stability. Made from EVA foam around a fibreglass core and finished with a strong and impressive paintwork, this sword is just as soft as any latex coated weapon but even more sturdy in battle!

The longer version exhibits a 20 cm long, fullered spacer made from polyurethane foam, that is sculpted and hand painted to give it a patina finish. The gold coloured crossguard is embellished with subtle steel details, and the handle is cast and painted to appear like brown leather. A simple circular pommel at the end of the handle stands as a promise, that this sword will take no nonsense and bring justice whenever it is needed.

Due to the density of the blade, there is a chance of paint being rubbed off due to the friction caused when the blade and another dry surface makes contact. To mitigate this, we advise you to coat the blade with Epic Armoury Protection Gel rather than regular maintenance silicone spray, which will reduce the friction and in turn stress on the paint.
