Epic Armoury’s Vest Altair is a sleeveless shirt designed for the most skilled rogues. Reaching from the shoulders to the knees and made from soft, dyed cotton, this tunic can be a costume all by itself--or work as a layer in a more complicated design. Move around crowded cities easily thanks to an A-cut at the front and back hem, while hiding your identity with the attached large hood. Designed to be tight fitting and sleek, the tunic features many sharp lines and angles to give you a slim and dangerous appearance.

When you need to soar like an eagle, or become a blade in the crowd, the ancient Altair vest is perfect for your subtle needs. Secure the Vest Altair using five straps through double brass D-rings along the front for a comfortable fit.

INSPIRATION

• Style is inspired by the Assassin’s Creed video game series’ main characters
• Designed to fit multiple time periods when paired with other products
• Historically worn by a great variety of people and cultures--with many different types of cuts!
• The name derives from the Latin tunica, the basic garment worn by both men and women in Ancient Rome
• Generally considered a male garment and was still worn in Norway until the 17th century

Years passed, and the guardsmen, once unified by purpose, began to see the world through different lenses. The city they protected was changing, and with it, the nature of their duty. Where one saw order in the new laws, the other saw the creeping vines of tyranny. In the still of the night, atop the ramparts that had been their shared home, they debated their paths—one bound by the letter of the law, the other guided by its spirit.

This enclosed helmet is made from finely crafted, suede. Its full face-mask has broad eye-holes and a shaped pointed nose to provide excellent vision while still protecting the face with its stiff, durable structure. Above the eyes, the face-plate is fitted with overlapping suede bands and a hexagonal patch between the eyebrows. These overlapping plates cover the top of the head and form a distinctive suede Mohawk and elongated skull appearance. The helmet fits over the head and is secured with a corded suede brace along the neck hairline.

IT ALWAYS PAYS TO HAVE A SPARE WEAPON

Epic Armoury’s Seax knife is a very utilitarian knife, with a flat single edged, 38 CM blade ending in a very sharp tip. It has no cross-guard, but does have a fine coreless pommel, that has a very form fitting hand grip that is very akin to modern kitchen knives. The, relatively, simple design of the Seax makes it a weapon that is perfect as secondary for any number of LARP characters, simple but effective without drawing much attention to itself. Incidentally, it also lets the Seax live up to its name, which is the old English word for knife. Made from durable closed cell foam around a fibreglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, you can feel confident that your LARP weapon will provide the safety and appeal you want.

• Seax was a blanket term to describe knives, both as tools and weapons, from the early middle ages
• Typically seaxs were double bladed, but single bladed designs did exist and it would be some of the most common designs that would carry the designation Seax.

The Shadow Armor Gorget & Pauldron Set is for those who spend their days defending against the daggers that would find their backs. This armor set comprises two hard leather pauldrons and a leather gorget, ideal for fantasy-based Larpers who crave battle. The jagged-edged pauldrons look similar to dragon scales and had adjustable shoulder pads that can stretch to fit most elite warriors. To put on the shoulder armor, simply slip your head through the gorget, and you are ready for combat. You can also attach the pauldron set to your plate armor or cuirass for a dramatic effect!

Soft lining has been added to the inside to protect your weapon, while also making it easy to withdraw.

Wear this Dagger Scabbard with any character--especially a rogue or adventurer--by securing the holder to your belt through the belt loops. The scabbard hangs vertically off the belt, easily making it usable left- or right-handed. Only the most proficient of Assassins were issued with a single knife holder for their belts. The display of only a single one meant they were truly to be feared because they only needed one.
