One of your greatest lessons was learning never to be caught, and it is the person who is always moving who has that greatest chance. You travel from tavern to barn to abandoned shack, never growing attached or creating ties. You are the wandering adventurer.

On your travels you keep your weapon close by, secure inside your Haste Holder. Along with your armour and your skill, you expect that you may yet live to be a wisened old veteran. You certainly have the survival instinct.

DETAILS

Epic Armoury’s Haste Holder is a leather frog designed to keep your weapon handy, yet out of the way during movement. Decorated with angled stitching and a shuriken-shaped patch, this frog is 12.5 cm long, open at both ends, and will accommodate a weapon up to 5 cm in diameter. Soft split-leather has been added to the inside of the hoop to protect your weapon, also providing just enough resistance to keep your weapon from falling out without making it difficult to withdraw.

Match this Haste Holder with any character you wish to equip by securing the holder to your belt through the 4.5 cm belt loop. Made from chrome-tanned full-grain leather, stitched around the edges, and reinforced with brass studs, this weapon holder is built to keep its shape and withstand the abuse of a LARP with regular leather care.

This Haste Holder is designed to be used by a right-handed player.

Epic Armoury’s Dark Drake Breastplate is a finely sculpted piece of armour that protects the front of the torso, chest and abdomen. Sculpted to fit the body and add structural strength to the steel, this galvanized steel piece has been decorated to mimic reptilian scales. The plate rests at the hips and has a V-shaped flange--or sword turner--that deflects blows from the weak spot where torso and leg armour fit together. The armour is made from rolled mild steel treated with Epic Armoury’s Epic Dark Metal coat, which gives the armour a rugged, antique finish.

The Dark Drake Breastplate is designed to match Epic Armoury’s Dark Drake Armour, but is fully usable with other Epic Armoury metal products, giving you the freedom to customize your character’s costume. Made of 1 mm thick galvanized mild steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armour piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.

Epic Armoury’s Imperial Shield is a semi-curved gothic latex shield inspired by a late 13th century kite shield. Hand painted and sculpted with careful detail, this shield features a studded metal rim and a laurel-crowned skull and banner on the shield’s face.

Epic Armoury’s First Crusader Sword is a beautiful latex blade inspired by high-medieval longswords. The sword is 110 cm long, with a 80 cm double-edged blade with an excellent reach. The blade features a fuller, making the weapon lighter and stronger. The broad and richly decorated crossguard protects the 20 cm ergonomically-shaped handle, which is wrapped in split-leather and long enough to be used one- or two-handed. The pommel is handpainted and sculpted to match the crossguard.
