Epic Armoury’s Epic Black Cape Godfrey Wool is an ankle-length cape with shorter sides, fitted with a hood and cotton-cord fastenings. This design offers more mobility of the arms, allowing them to easily slide from beneath the cape when hands are needed without sacrificing protection from the elements. This cape makes a great accessory if you need to add layering to your character’s costume, as capes have become synonymous with medieval and fantasy clothing. Capes are also highly practical in limiting the impact of wind, rain or sun.

How do they fit?

We provide you with a high-quality, low-melt thermoplastic which softens in hot water and anchors the veneer shell to your teeth. The fitting process takes 20 minutes to obtain a fit that will last all season.

Each set comes with enough fitting plastic for a complete fit and photographic instructions.

Do not use over braces or other dental work.

Fibulas have been used since the bronze age to close clothing on the wearers' body. Often referred to as "the buttons before there were buttons", they were used up to the late medieval period until the button and buttonhole were introduced. Used as jewlery they were often decorating the rich.

Mytholon's Sylvana fibula is such a decorative fibula.
As with all their steel and iron ware, it is made by hand.
The fibula is beatifully decorated with leaves on its end. The ring is completly torqued. It was sanded down only a little to keep the rough, wrought iron look.

All our cloaks and coats can be worn with a fibula, but please note that the removal of the buttons or creation of holes with the fibula's "thorn" may void the warranty.

Epic Armoury’s Milanese Armour is a simple low-fantasy piece of armour protecting the front of the torso and abdomen. The plate rests at the waist and is sculpted to fit the body and add structural strength to the steel. This steel riveted piece has been polished to a high-gloss finish to appeal to the knights in shining armour.

The Milanese Armour is embellished with a beveled plate on the chest to deflect attacks. It is fully usable with Epic Armoury’s Faulds and Tassets and well as other metal work products, giving you the freedom to customize your character’s costume. Made of 1 mm thick mild steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armour piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.
