Epic Armoury’s Black Ice Full Legs armour is an essential for any person wanting to protect the legs while in battle. Consisting of cuisses to protect the lower thighs, black painted poleyns covering the knees, and half black demi-greaves protecting the upper shins (Does NOT include greaves), you’re less likely to take a pesky arrow to the knee--thus increasing your adventuring days. Due to the Full Leg’s austere style, this armour solution is particularly well suited for a dark and serious character with ill-intention. The Black Ice Armour pieces were initially designed for the Black Ice faction at the ConQuest of Mythodea. However, the style also easily fits other campaigns for warriors, knights and paladins. With the blue, black and silver colours, you will surely stand out in a characteristic armour kit. The Black Ice Shoulder Plate Set comprises a two-piece gorget that covers the clavicles and is fitted with vegetable-tanned top-grain leather fastenings for the shoulder armour pieces. These pieces constitute layered spaulders that cover the shoulders and upper arms and are moulded to deflect hits to the head and neck. The "Edward" series full leg guards was built large enough even for bigger heroes. This way it can be worn even on top of padded thigh guards and completes many full plate armours.

It is being tied to the wearer by using a belt for the two laces and attached to the leg and knee with buckle-straps.

The knees outer side is closed by a shell (knee-plate), so that blows and strikes can not cut the important parts.

The leg guards ends just below the knee and can therefore be worn with greaves or seperatly: both ways are possible and depend on the wearers' decision.
