Epic Armoury’s Battle Skirt is an ankle-length, loose garment suitable for both men and women. Designed to be worn on the hips, this heavy cotton skirt is fitted with cotton drawstrings at the waist to keep it secure with or without a belt. Slits at the front, back and sides allow for easy movement during combat, and are reinforced with patches of split-leather to prevent tearing.

This bestselling Ready for Battle Armour is a leather cuirass designed to protect the entire torso. The front is a made with overlapping chrome-tanned leather plates, protecting the abdomen to the chest. The back plate is made from two large plates fitted with leather stitching.

Secure the front and back armour into place with the adjustable shoulder guards and the four side straps. Shoulder guards attach to the front and back plates with leather cords while two leather straps attach the front to the back plate along the torso’s flanks. Epic Armoury’s Ready-for-Battle Leather Armour is a fancy leather cuirass with front and back plates to protect the torso from harm. The armour is constructed from brown leather oblongs cut from chrome-tanned, plated leather, riveted with brass studs onto soft split-leather. With elongated sides to protect the flanks, the front and back plates are secured together by sturdy leather straps and iron buckles.

The shoulder plates are made from similar oblongs reinforced with a leather strap that runs from the front plate to another set of iron buckles on the back. This makes the armour highly adjustable, allowing a snug fit for the individual wearer.

This armour is hemmed with additional soft split leather to keep the armour from deforming with excessive wear. Epic Armoury’s Ready-for-Battle Mantle is a quilted cotton pad designed to add comfort and protection beneath your neck and shoulder armour. Made from quilted cotton canvas lined with a soft polyester interior and a medium cotton outer layer, this mantle can be worn on its own or as padding beneath heavy steel or leather armour.

The RFB Mantle is stitched to ensure the padding will remain evenly spaced. Secure it around your neck by tying the cotton strings at the shoulders, allowing for some adjustments. Quilted armours were common through many cultures and used across a broad expanse of time. With its neutral style, the RFB Mantle will work on a wide variety of characters.
