Initially the skirt was a piece of clothing for both: men and women alike. It was made with sleeves and was worn as everyday clothing in all social classes. Only later the skirt developed into the shape we know it as today. The ankle long skirt "Anna" is built with a wide, comfortable waistband. The lacing on the back can be used to adjust the skirt individually to the wearers body. Rough canvas provides the necessary durability on LARP events and medieval markets. When combined with the blouse and the bodice from the "Anna" series, this costume provides a good basis for a tavern maidens dress. As usual: the accessories added will only make up for the basis being changed into your individual costume.

Epic Armoury’s Belt Godfrey is a 1.5 cm wide leather belt that has been handcrafted. Made from brown vegetable-tanned leather, this 3mm thick belt features many holes along its length. Using strong brown leather and brass fittings, you can expect to use this skinny belt for a long time with regular leather care.

Secure the Belt Godfrey by looping it around the waist and through the buckle, pinning it through the appropriate hole. A new hole may be added with a leather punch for smaller or larger waists! The Belt Godfrey is particularly great for a noble or knight, and is specifically designed to match Epic Armoury’s other Godfrey costuming. The Thin Leather Bag is a stylish satchel that no self-respecting adventurer should leave town without. Who knows when they might need an extra place to stuff a few thousand gold pieces?

Epic Armoury’s Large Thin Leather Bag is a slim, neutral leather bag designed to hang from the belt. The bag is closed by threading its horn bar through a looped leather cord on the bag’s lip. Attach the bag to your belt using its two 6 cm loops made from leather and attached with brass studs. The simple style and large capacity makes it a good and practical accessory for almost any character, or even for your everyday outfit.

The bag is made from dyed split-leather and is stitched around the edges to ensure a product that will withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment. When adding the final touches to any multitude of characters, this Thin Leather Bag is a neutral solution that will last a long time.

Made from light cotton fabric, the "Annabelle" blouse is an airy upper garment for hot summer days. The generously cut sleeves can be gathered by means of drawstings and can be worn as either short or long sleeves. The deep neckline can be closed for the cooler days or in case you need something more modest when in noble surroundings, or the days are getting colder. The blouse was designed to be worn underneath the "Annabelle" bodice, but can also be worn in combination with all other fabric or leather bodices we offer.

It differs from the "Anna" blouse in that the sleeve cut was alters to allow an even better fit.

A really nice beltpouch made from heavy-duty canvas. It offers all the space you need outdoors. There are two beltloops on the backsside and it is closed with a button/loop in the front.

Epic Armoury’s Braies are roomy, lightweight undergarments worn like shorts or with hose. These cotton braies are secured with hidden drawstrings at the waist, adjustable to match your size. The knee-length legs tie around the upper shin with a second set of drawstrings. Offering a surprising amount of support and coverage, these braies really demonstrate how awful crotch support used to be. Period-correct lice can be added for additional authenticity.

Braies have been worn by all strata of society and make a great basis for almost any character costume.

The skirt is made in the same style like the vesting. The upper layer consists of suede leather, which was backstitched on a cotton lining.
All that offers a good protection to the wearer. The stripes hang down on the thighs like a skirt does.
The two buckles and the tie-holes, together with the included strings, allow this skirt to be closed in the back of the weares body individually.

Epic Armoury’s Samurai Pants are inspired by the classic Japanese hakama. The legs are wide and permanently pleated in the traditional fashion, making them comfortable and non constricting to movement in combat. Made from light canvas and lined with cotton on the inside, these pants also have reinforced hems to ensure a long lifetime of use.

The high waist rests just under the ribs and is secured by three long, heavy cotton canvas cords that can be tied into decorative knots. Samurai Pants are part of Epic Armoury’s Asian range of gear.
