Epic Armoury’s Seax knife is a very utilitarian knife, with a flat single edged, 38 CM blade ending in a very sharp tip. It has no cross-guard, but does have a fine coreless pommel, that has a very form fitting hand grip that is very akin to modern kitchen knives. I always loved the giant sea serpent Jormungand carved in the handle. When I was little, he used to lend it to me so I could pretend I was a valkyrie. It was the only thing I could lift up and it was still pretty heavy. One day while I was playing, I cut myself with it. I didn’t cry. I came back home with blood all over my left leg.
