Epic Armoury’s Roman Shield is a tower shield inspired by the formidable scutum of Ancient Rome. Hexagonally shaped with an elongated base, this 120 cm long shield features a decorated face that has been carved and hand painted to look like golden textured wings on a deep red background. Epic Armoury’s 85 cm Battleworn Falcata is a single-edged latex medium sword inspired by weapons used by the ancient Iberian mercenaries. The 66 cm blade is shaped to act like both an axe head and thrusting sword, delivering powerful blows, while still stabbing and jabbing like the best of them. Yari (槍) is the term for one of the traditionally made Japanese blades (nihonto) in the form of a spear, or more specifically, the straight-headed spear.
