Agrippa III

Diego and Luis stood facing each other, their rapiers at the ready. The sun beat down on them as they prepared to engage in a duel for the honour of Boots.
"I can't believe you're willing to risk your life for Boots." Diego taunted, a smirk on his face.
"Animals deserve our respect and care, Diego. You would know that were you not a ribald cur!" Luis replied, his voice steady and resolute.
"CUR?!" Diego roared "Let us see if your respect for animals can protect you from my blade!" as he lunged forward with his rapier.
Luis deftly parried the blow with his Agrippa, the clang of the two blades ringing out through the clearing. "I may respect animals, but for you I will make this one exception." he retorted, delivering a sharp counter-attack that sent Diego staggering backwards.The two men continued to exchange blows, their rapiers flashing in the sunlight. The crowd watching the spectacle gasped and cheered as they witnessed the incredible skill of the two masters of fencing.

But the object at the centre of the duel had already wandered off to find a patch of sunlight, bored with the the hairless apes that did not even have the wits to have small knives attached to the end of their toe beans.

Workshop

This sword, the third version of our most popular rapier, was designed with a special rod that grants great flexibility to the flat side of the blade while retaining a certain rigidity on the edges and tip. This allows safe thrusting and slashing attacks as well as parries. The new guard is a classic wire basket design that is fixed in place. While flexible, this guard will help safely cushion blows to your fingers.

Character

A typical weapon of the Renaissance, this rapier longs for the deft hands of a taunting duelist whose silvered tongue is as sharp as her blade. Musketeers, pirates and elven nobles will want to arm themselves with one to vanquish their adversaries with its superior speed and agility.
