Epic Armoury’s Shoulder Armour and Neck Guard are a set of leather armour with two spaulders and a gorget to protect the shoulders and throat. Made from vegetable-tanned full-grain leather, this armour uses overlapping plates and two small sword-breakers to deflect attacks away from the head. All exposed edges are reinforced with leather and stitching to prevent it from deforming with excessive use.

Secure the Shoulder Armour and Neck Guard around your neck by threading a leather strap through two loops on the back. Adjust the piece to your size by tightening the heavy leather cords and straps at the upper arms. Handsome to behold and designed to be a neutral style, use this armour with an assortment of characters across a multitude of worlds.

A beautifully decorated leather armour for the upper part of the body. The gorget is attached to the rest of the armour, its surface is decorated with a kind of hammer finish. The edges are embossed with different patterns. The size can be adjusted individually by two buckle straps on each side of the armour. Two straps at the upper part of the gorget can be used to attach all kinds of pauldrons. Furthermore additional tassets can be added at the small eyelets in the front.

Your Dark Drake Armour is as dark as your intentions, hardened by the evil magic your subjects provide. As you withdraw your sword, sizing up the quivering soldier who feels brave enough to stand against you, you begin to laugh. This will be a very brief fight--if you can even call it that. The little man looks barely strong enough to hold up his hammer.

Epic Armoury’s Dark Drake Shoulderplates are a set of two shoulder guards with spaulders, pauldrons and besagues. The spaulders have four scale-like ridged metal plates--or lames--overlaying one another to provide laminate protection of the upper arms. Overlaying the spaulder is a large pauldron, which provides additional protection to the shoulder joint and armpits. Besauges (small round convex metal shields) tied onto the spaulders with leather cords add further protection to the armpits. The shoulderplates are fastened with leather straps around the biceps and at the shoulder blade, attaching to a breast- and backplate. Epic Armoury breast- and backplates can be purchased separately and have fittings for mounting the shoulders.

The Dark Drake Shoulderplates are designed to match Epic Armoury’s Dark Drake Armour, but is fully usable with other Epic Armoury metal products, giving you the freedom to customize your character’s costume. Made of 1 mm thick galvanized mild steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armour piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.

A Noble’s Neck Protection

Epic Armoury’s Green Noble Leather Gorget is a gorget designed to sit around the neck, providing protection to the thorax and shoulders. Molded to sit comfortably around the neck and rest on the shoulders, this gorget offers some of the best protection for the battlefield. Overlapping leather provides more coverage, while the green velvet lining and the scalloped edges give this armour a rich appearance. This bestselling Epic Armoury Veteran Armour is a typical western cuirass designed to protect the whole torso. The cuirass secures tight over the breast and abdomen using four sturdy leather straps--each riveted with decorative brass studs--and brass buckles. THE WARRIORS OF THE NORTH SHALL NEVER SURRENDER

Epic Armoury’s Dreki Pauldrons are a set of pauldrons with shoulder guards and spaulders, protecting the shoulders and upper armours. These robust steel plates efficiently protect the back of your shoulders and upper arm, while maintaining the same Nordic inspired, imposing, design that is common for the Dreki set. With overlapping plates and rivets and angular design gives these pauldrons an intimidating look, with plates in Epic Dark, that runs down the middle of the pauldron, to give symmetry to the pauldrons. The upper arm protection consists of three pieces of overlapping steel plates held together with two bands leather, which is spilt down the middle with an Epic Dark coated plate, designed to keep symmetry. Consisting of a spaulder and three overlapping metal pieces The overlapping pieces are held together with two parallell leather straps that keep the joins flexible yet cohesive. The Shadow Armor Gorget & Pauldron Set is for those who spend their days defending against the daggers that would find their backs. This armor set comprises two hard suede pauldrons and a suede gorget, ideal for fantasy-based Larpers who crave battle. The scurrying through thick brush, it is necessary to wear the proper armor. Epic Armoury's Leather Woodsman Shoulder Set is a sleek form-fitting pauldron that will not restrict movement or get caught on loose branches.
Sold as a pair, this richly detailed shoulder armour is made from several plates of stiff, vegetable-tanned leather stitched together to form a solid shell that will help defend the ranger in battle. Each pauldron can be tied to your armour using the leather strap containing riveted, segmented leather plates embossed with a beautiful Celtic pattern.

You look upon your leading officer as he makes his way down the line of your fellow soldiers. Your fate and the fate of your entire unit is dependent on this veteran’s word, and you find yourself relieved not to shoulder such a heavy burden.

“We must fight!” your officer shouts for all to hear. You adjust your Neck Plate Warrior armour, double checking the buckles as you listen to him continue. “For our homes and for our families, we will fight until we can fight no more!” With a resounding cheer, your fellow soldiers ready themselves for the charge. You withdraw your weapon, eager and afraid all at once.

Epic Armoury’s Neck Plate Warrior is a gorget designed to sit around the neck and give additional protection to the throat. An elongated front piece and shorter back piece are decorated with rivets, and can be attached to shoulderguards using sturdy top-grain leather straps. Although the armour is designed to match Epic Armoury’s ‘Warrior’ set, it is fully interchangeable with other Epic Armoury armours in order to fully customize your character’s look.

Secure the Neck Plate Warrior by tightening the leather straps across the shoulders, adjusting so that the armour sits comfortably around the neck. Made of 1 mm thick mild steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armour piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or historical reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.
