The sword is 85 cm long from tip to pommel, with a gently curved 60 cm single-edged blade. The detailed crossguard curls back over the blade and toward the handle, shielding and protecting the hand. The handle is 11 cm long, cast and painted to look like real wood with inlaid metal embellishments.

Designed to protect the head during combat, the Illumine Helmet is sleek and elegant, as well as functional. The helmet covers the head, neck, and most of the face thanks to a fanned nasal guard--while still offering clear vision through the helmet’s Y-shaped visor. Its soft lining hugs the blade tight so it doesn't slip out, and reduces friction to a minimum to protect against premature deterioration of the latex coating.
