Epic Armoury’s Elven Belt is a beautifully crafted leather belt designed specifically for your ethereal character. Made from brown leather embossed with a subtle vine-like inspired pattern and an ornate fully cast brass buckle with an exquisite elven symbol, the belt is fastened with a stud on each side of the buckle. Four additional thinner leather straps, two on each side, are attached to the buckle in front and a brass ring in the back for decorative purpose or for practical reasons such as hanging your accessories. A spacer in the back with two small hooks allows you to adjust the size for a perfect fit. Epic Armoury’s Elven Sword is a a latex-hybrid curved blade for the aspiring Elven hero or Dark Elven villain. The sword is 105 cm long from tip to pommel, with a gently curved 80 cm single-edged blade. The detailed crossguard curls back over the blade and toward the handle, shielding and protecting the hand. The handle is 11 cm long, cast and painted to look like real wood with inlaid metal embellishments.

Whether you are a elven soldier or hunter, this Elven Sword is our highest quality gear due to its impressive durability and detail. The blade is made from closed cell foam around a fibreglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, while the handle is a polyurethane foam cast that allows for greater detail and no maintenance. Epic Armoury’s Elven Tunic is a long-sleeved embroidered shirt designed in an elven style, with a narrow V-shaped neckline. Reaching from the shoulders to the knees and made from soft, dyed cotton, this tunic can be a costume all by itself--or work as a base layer in a more complicated design. Move around the forest easily thanks to an A-cut at the front of the hem, and feel relieved to know that the narrow cuffs won’t get in the way of your Elven Bow. Designed to protect the head during combat, the Illumine Helmet is sleek and elegant, as well as functional. The helmet covers the head, neck, and most of the face thanks to a fanned nasal guard--while still offering clear vision through the helmet’s Y-shaped visor. Aradani Studios elf ears are considered by many as the best costume prosthetics in the world. These are hand-crafted in our home studio by the artists of Aradani with attention to detail and quality.

Not only do we hand make and inspect each set of ears, we try to use the highest quality materials we can find. Often on the road we are told our ears last for years of use, with some people coming back with the same ears after 6-7 years of wearing them!  You can attach these ears with spirit gum or liquid latex (personally we recommend spirit gum). The seam lines can be blended with latex or hidden with the use of an ear cuff as shown in the picture.

These are handcrafted in our home studio, by the artists of Aradani, with attention to detail and quality. 

Aradani Studios was founded in 2002 by the Bielaczyc siblings, Michael, Paul and Sara. Their original intention was to work at the Tennessee Renaissance Festival as a part-time endeavor, a way for them to spend time together and have some fun selling artwork. So many people were interested in Paul's elven costume, particularly the pointed ears, that the they decided that they would add elf ears to the business. The following weekend, the Bielaczyc's began what Aradani Studios is best known for: hand-painting elf ears to blend in naturally with people's skin tone.

What began as a once a year activity for the brothers expanded in 2003 to include three Renaissance festivals and multiple conventions around the country. During this time, Aradani Studios carried a variety of other brands, but didn't manufacture any of their own products. However, with customers requesting custom prosthetics at every show, they decided it was time to expand.

Starting early in 2005, they began sculpting and producing their own line of prosthetics, by 2007, over 90% of the products they sold were created in house, made and manufactured in Nashville, Tennessee. Customers all over the world have enjoyed Aradani elf ears and masks.

Aside from latex prosthetics and jewelry, Michael and Paul Bielaczyc are acclaimed fantasy artists, winning awards all over the country and working for companies such as Dragonlance and Apex Digest. Their work can be seen in shows across the Southeast and various publications.

The Swashbuckler Hybrid cutlass is a medium cutlass inspired by naval swords. The sword is 71 cm long and has a 52 cm curved blade that widens toward the end, designed to chop and slice when in a fight against the Parliamentarians. The detailed handle--with its curved crossguard and spherical pommel--features a handpainted finish that looks like aged iron. The 10 cm grip is cast and painted to look like wood and is ergonomically shaped, with a loop attached to the crossguard for the index finger. This grip gives you more accuracy when wielding the Swashbuckler cutlass and looks incredibly realistic.
