The Jorik Shoes are designed to be the ideal Viking footwear for the active Larper. This medieval shoe, or short boot, is crafted from beautiful full-grained leather and secured to the side of the foot using thick leather laces. Our classic period footwear has a leather sole, giving it the added traction needed for re-enactment or renaissance festival-goers. It is designed to fit the needs of the player and historical re-enactment societies such as the SCA. These costume shoes are also great for stage and help complete the desired look from medieval times.

The Single Cotton Hose from Epic Armoury is a typical example of medieval fashion worn throughout the middle ages and renaissance period. This rough cotton hose is sold by the unit so you may personalize the look of your Larp character by mixing colors. Whether you play a peasant or squire, the hose should be a staple in your period wardrobe. Cotton hosen are both comfortable, and practical to wear during hot summer months and can be worn with braies for a typical historical look. This legging has a drawstring and can be attached to braies or a belt (sold separately), and is made to withstand the rigours of battle.

The sword sits in the baldric hanging down from your shoulder, faithful to its master despite the challenges. It has been a long and dusty road--and your uniform down to your Medieval Pants is covered in dirt and grime--but that sword has remained at your side through it all.

As your infantry unit comes to a halt, there is the tension one always feels before the fight. You resist the anxiety, because the moment you step into battle all of that must fade away. Epic Armoury’s Pants Medieval is a classic pair of pants with signature baggy legs featuring a few convenient modern alterations, such as the sizeable pockets. Made from durable light canvas, these pants are extra wide above the knees before mimicking leggings, easily fitting inside your boots and leg armour. Adjust the fabric around the calves by tightening the reinforced cotton cord to get the best fit.

The pants are fitted with a cotton drawstring at the waist to keep the pants in place while leaving sufficient room for a proper belt. The Pants Medieval are fully compatible with other Epic Armoury clothes and armours, allowing you the freedom to personalize your character's gear.

The Prescott jack boots  are made of soft, vegan suitable imitation leather with a light lining. They keep your feet warm and dry in bad weather. Ideal for pirates and sailors, they are also suited to adventurers, knights and noble characters.

While imitation leather boots are more weather resistant than ungreased leather boots and do not so quickly soak in the rain, please note that Prescotts are costuming quality boots and are not designed for long use in combat conditions.

The oldest testimonies of boots were found on murals in the Spanish cave of Altamira. They are dated from 13,000 to 15,000 BC. Boots protect the foot and calves from cold and injuries. They were and still are indispensable for activities in the area or in bad weather. Primeval hunters, knights, adventurers or pirates they all wear boots- for a good reason!

The shape of jackboots, like these Haddock boots, developed from the commonly used riding boots. The long cuffs, which were supposed to protect the legs while riding, were folded down and became a common fashion trend. The  Haddock jackboots are made of soft vegan suitable synthetic leather. This makes them insensitive to moisture and almost rain-proof. The sole is sewn in so you won't have to worry about soaked shoes or wet feet. Beneath the cuff there is a strap that can be used to close the boot around the calf, and another at the ankle.

Another nice detail are the small brass buckles that visually fit our "Henry " series. We have designed the underside of the cuffs in such a way that it can also be worn folded up high, whichincreases the warmth and protective effect. The light lining made of high-quality foam keeps the feet warm even on wet nights.
