Epic Armoury’s Dreki Armguards is a hybrid between gauntlets and demi-gauntlets, providing comfort and the freedom of movement you desire. Paired with your own leather glove, these robust steel plates efficiently protect the back of your hand, thumb, and underarm, while maintaining the same Nordic inspired, imposing, design that is common for the Dreki set. The Dreki Armguards is held secure two leather straps along with a small steel plate that covers the back of your underarm, one at the start and one at the end, which can both be secured tightly with straps. On the hand plate part, you have a leather band that you put your fingers through, for added control and mobility. With overlapping plates, rivets, and its lean form, you can feel like a fantasy Norsemen, braving the harsh wilderness and slaying ancient dragons among snow covered peaks.

You are also a practical person. The night’s cold breeze is a familiar aspect of your dark work, but you like your warmth and protection. And for that, these Gambeson Arms are perfect beneath your vambraces.

Epic Armoury’s Gambeson Arms are a set of quilted cotton vambraces designed to add comfort and protection beneath your armour. Made from quilted cotton canvas lined with a soft polyester interior and a medium cotton outer layer, they can be worn on their own or as padding beneath heavy steel or leather armour. Archers can also benefit from the added protection against bowstrings. Add this comfort without the warmth of a full gambeson shirt, specially designed for a costume without a breastplate and tassets.

The Gambeson Arms are stitched to ensure the padding will remain evenly spaced. Secure them to your arms by tightening the cotton string lacing through brass eyelets up the forearm. Quilted armours were common through many cultures and used across a broad expanse of time. With their neutral style, the Gambeson Arms will work on a wide variety of characters.

This splendid 102 cm sword has a 67 cm fullered blade designed to be lightweight while maintaining its structural stability. Made from EVA foam surrounding a fibreglass core and finished with a strong and impressive paintwork, this sword is just as soft as any latex coated weapon but even more sturdy in battle, and another significant addition to the Stronghold line! 

The longer version exhibits a 20 cm long, highly detailed spacer made from polyurethane foam, that is sculpted and hand painted to resemble real leather with cross- stitching.The golden crossguard features an elaborate serpent-like embellishment, and the handle is cast and painted to look like realistic hardwood with a crescent gold-pommel at the bottom.

Due to the density of the blade, there is a chance of paint being rubbed off due to the friction caused when the blade and another dry surface makes contact. To mitigate this, we advise you to coat the blade with a thin layer of silicone, which will reduce the friction and in turn stress on the paint

Epic Armoury’s Dreki Pauldrons are a set of pauldrons with shoulder guards and spaulders, protecting the shoulders and upper armours. These robust steel plates efficiently protect the back of your shoulders and upper arm, while maintaining the same Nordic inspired, imposing, design that is common for the Dreki set. With overlapping plates and rivets and angular design gives these pauldrons an intimidating look, with plates in Epic Dark, that runs down the middle of the pauldron, to give symmetry to the pauldrons. The upper arm protection consists of three pieces of overlapping steel plates held together with two bands leather, which is spilt down the middle with an Epic Dark coated plate, designed to keep symmetry. The Dreki Pauldrons together by two tie strings that is attached to the Dreki cuirass or other compatible torso armours, along with a strap on the lower plate of the Dreki pauldron. Epic Armoury's Dreki vest is designed to wear over a gambeson and on top of the Dreki armour-set. The item is large to its size, so it fits nicely over the other bulky products. The Dreki vest adds a distinctly rugged appearance to your character. Although the vest works best with the Dreki set, you can use this vest for any armour set from Epic Armoury, infusing it with a small part of the Dreki aesthetic.
