Epic Armoury’s Dreki Helmet is a full helmet that covers the entirety of your face, while maintaining the same nordic inspired, imposing, design that is common for the Dreki set. The riveted steel helmet offers incredible protection, while the angular design gives your profile a distinct look. The large eyesockets offer you improved visibility, whole the lack of a neck guard offers you impressive head movement. The helmet is held secure by a strap running from one side of the helmet to the other, simple without compromising the stability. With overlapping plates, rivets and its lean form, you can feel like a fantasy norsemen, braving the harsh wilderness and slaying ancient dragons among snow covered peaks.

Oh no, you think, as a sword and a helmet are thrust into your farm-calloused hands. You’ve never been trained as a soldier, let alone asked to fight on a dangerous battlefield!

But here you are, suddenly standing in a row of your neighbors with your helmet secured over a padded Undercap. You await the advancing orc raid headed for your farms and your town, and you just hope that somehow you’ll make it through. At least your helmet feels solid on your head. That’s something to be thankful for, at least...right?

DETAILS

Epic Armoury’s Undercap is a padded hood that fits over the head and ears comfortably. Made from quilted cotton canvas lined with a soft polyester interior and a medium cotton outer layer, this padding can be worn on its own or as padding beneath a heavy steel or leather helmet.

The Undercap is stitched to ensure the padding will remain evenly spaced. Secure it to your head by tying the cotton cords under the chin. With its neutral style, the Undercap will work on a wide variety of characters. Match it with other Epic Armoury armours and clothes to fit your unique style!

This splendid 102 cm sword has a 67 cm fullered blade designed to be lightweight while maintaining its structural stability. Made from EVA foam surrounding a fibreglass core and finished with a strong and impressive paintwork, this sword is just as soft as any latex coated weapon but even more sturdy in battle, and another significant addition to the Stronghold line! 

The longer version exhibits a 20 cm long, highly detailed spacer made from polyurethane foam, that is sculpted and hand painted to resemble real leather with cross- stitching.The golden crossguard features an elaborate serpent-like embellishment, and the handle is cast and painted to look like realistic hardwood with a crescent gold-pommel at the bottom.

Due to the density of the blade, there is a chance of paint being rubbed off due to the friction caused when the blade and another dry surface makes contact. To mitigate this, we advise you to coat the blade with a thin layer of silicone, which will reduce the friction and in turn stress on the paint

Epic Armoury’s Dreki Pauldrons are a set of pauldrons with shoulder guards and spaulders, protecting the shoulders and upper armours. These robust steel plates efficiently protect the back of your shoulders and upper arm, while maintaining the same Nordic inspired, imposing, design that is common for the Dreki set. With overlapping plates and rivets and angular design gives these pauldrons an intimidating look, with plates in Epic Dark, that runs down the middle of the pauldron, to give symmetry to the pauldrons. The upper arm protection consists of three pieces of overlapping steel plates held together with two bands leather, which is spilt down the middle with an Epic Dark coated plate, designed to keep symmetry. The Dreki Pauldrons together by two tie strings that is attached to the Dreki cuirass or other compatible torso armours, along with a strap on the lower plate of the Dreki pauldron. Paired with your own leather glove, these robust steel plates efficiently protect the back of your hand, thumb, and underarm, while maintaining the same Nordic inspired, imposing, design that is common for the Dreki set. The Dreki Armguards is held secure two leather straps along with a small steel plate that covers the back of your underarm, one at the start and one at the end, which can both be secured tightly with straps. Epic Armoury's Dreki vest is designed to wear over a gambeson and on top of the Dreki armour-set. The item is large to its size, so it fits nicely over the other bulky products. The Dreki vest adds a distinctly rugged appearance to your character. Although the vest works best with the Dreki set, you can use this vest for any armour set from Epic Armoury, infusing it with a small part of the Dreki aesthetic.

The beak shaped face guard and metal cheek flaps provide great protection and visibility to the face, while the chainmail aventail provides protection to the neck. Reinforced with rivets, a combed apex, and a steel band around the rim, you can expect this helmet to stand up against any who should stand against you.

The Viking helmet with aventail "Ulfrik" is inspired by helmets from the Vendel period and features the characteristic "goggles" visor. Additionally, it comes with a long chainmail aventail made of 9 mm spring steel rings. Decorative buckles, fittings, and rivets adorn this helmet further.
