Epic Armoury’s Viking Mask Helmet is a skull cap helmet inspired by the Vikings of the 10th century. The “spectacle” guard over the eyes provides great protection for the face while still allowing the wearer good vision. Reinforced with rivets, a combed apex, and a steel band around the rim, you can expect this helmet to stand up against the Roman Empire and its inferior states.

Secure the Viking Mask Helmet by tightening the leather strap beneath the chin, keeping the helmet in place. The outer layer is of moisture and heat wicking, anti-bacterial treated fabric that can be custom printed however you would like.
A middle layer of fusing to keep shape whilst breathing and talking, as well as providing a strong barrier to prevent moisture escaping.
Lastly the inner layer is designed for comfort to prevent abbrasion to the face and draw moisture away from the mouth and nose.
This is all held in place with a velcro strap, to be tied behind the head between the ears, prevents the mask from coming loose in even the most fast paced of games.

The Warlord Sword from Epic Armoury is part of our hybrid range. The blade is designed with a double fuller and comprises a fibreglass core embedded in closed-cell ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) foam coated with pigmented latex. The handle is made of polyurethane (PU) foam and features imitated gold and silver ornamentations loosely inspired by Nordic art from the Scandinavian Viking Age. Thus the sword fits exceedingly well in settings inspired by this historical period. Designwise, the Viking Sword is a fine alternative, also available in a battle-worn version, but if you seek an authentic design based on a real find, we recommend the EirikR Sword instead.

Metal armour should never be stored on the ground where it can collect moisture and dirt. Use this stand in order to prolong the lifespan of your steel or leather helmet.

Handpainted and sculpted to give it a realistic look, the Viking Spear’s 40 cm spearhead appears to be attached to a long pole with metal bolts. And so it is with your own armour!
Humidity, expansion and contraction in the heat, UV radiation, rain, and the withering blows of your enemies all conspire to expose your armour to rust, but worse yet, your very own precious bodily fluids conspire to corrode it from the inside with their impurities and corruption! (which is why we only ever drink pure grain alcohol or rainwater)

You could coat your armour (and other metal objects) in a regular run of the mill lubricant, but many of them are actively hydrophobic. Great for metal but terrible for leather, cotton and other organic materials!

Lanox MX4 is a lanolin rich lubricant, and lanolin is the oil that is naturally produced by sheep to prevent them from shrinking in the rain and generally remain weather proof! It is superior to many artificial compounds and does not damage leathers or organic fibres.

We are a team with a long history of designing and originating armour for film, tv and larp. 

You will have seen our work (but under other companies' credits) on numerous projects in film and tv and in other larp oriented businesses, so it's likely that some of our products may seem familiar.
