The Heater Shield from Epic Armoury is a no-nonsense classic—simple, bold, and ready for action. Inspired by historical heater shields of the High Middle Ages, it brings together clean design and LARP-friendly construction in a format that suits just about any character, from noble knights to borderland mercenaries.

This design's sturdy model is shared with our trusted Baron's Shield, which is made using the same foamed and carved core and layered construction. However, while the Baron's Shield features a heraldic chevron, the Heater Shield features an unadorned yet powerful design. Choose between two bold color schemes: a division of red and dark green, or white and red for a time-honored, knighthood-inspired appearance. The hand-painted artwork features a subtle texture that resembles brushed linen or coarse canvas, giving it a comfortable, well-worn look right out of the box.

Yet another nice feature of this shield is its adjustable design. Back at the ranch, you have a clever cross-strap handle system built from rugged leather, allowing you to wear it on either your left arm or right arm with equal ease. Whether you're naturally left-handed, playing as a dominant-weapon character, or just prefer being able to switch during the game, this grip setup is the way to go. It's not something giant, but one that opens up the shield to many more players and playstyles.

Epic Armoury’s Crusader is a long latex-hybrid sword inspired by European medieval sidearms. The sword is 100 cm long and has a 85 cm straight double-edged blade with a long fuller. The crossguard features an intricate engraving design and protects a grip that narrows toward the matching pommel.

Whether you are a valorous knight or a paladin of great repute, this Crusader is one of our highest quality products due to its impressive durability and detail. The blade is made from closed cell foam around a fibreglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, while the handle is a polyurethane foam cast that allows for greater detail and no maintenance. This hybrid model sword will give you confidence in the safety and appeal of your weapon on the battlefield.

The Blocking Dagger is made for those who fight with speed, not force. With off-hand fighting in mind, this 55 cm dagger gives you the real leverage when you find yourself up close. From parrying sword blows to closing the distance, or pushing opponents in close range, this is the kind of weapon that lets you stay sharp, in control, and one step ahead of your adversary.

This dagger has Epic Armoury's Vanguard construction, so you get a soft PU foam blade combined with an abusive PU foam hilt. It's tough, safe, and designed to handle brutal abuse. What makes it stand out, though, is the additional stiffness at its core. That added stiffness gives you more control while parrying, better feedback in the hand, and a bit of added bite while delivering or deflection blows. If you’re into off-hand blocking or technical fighting styles, you’ll feel the difference right away.

"I feel lied to, Alan!" Samuel yelled as another arrow pinged off the wide brim of his helm

"Not much for it now. It's not like we can stop halfway through and enjoy a slice of orange and a mug of water, is HAAAA!"

They both stared at the quivering shaft that now protruded from Alan's chainmail. The links were completely useless against the bodkin heads. The soldier sagged to his knees amoung the muck of the churned earth and fallen bodies, tears in his eyes as he grasped at the wood piercing him. Samuel rushed ot his side, grabbing Alan's wrists.

"No, you fool! You remove that and you'll just bleed out." He dropped to be level with Alan, both men in the mud as the battle raged on about both men. The din of the battle, it's clanging steel and screaming men faded away for Samuel as he held onto his brother-in-arms. 

"You were lied to, S-Sammy," Alan gasped "We... we were never..." 

Alan coughed blood as he whispered his last "Never going to make it to the...to the juice vault..."
