DETAILS

This bestselling Epic Armoury Elven Head Band is a slim decorative piece of head armour with a distinct elven feel. The headband is made from vegetable-tanned leather and fitted with an adjustable leather brace at the back. At the forehead, the headband is decorated with a flat leaf-shaped leather patch that rises over the forehead and stretches down to cover the bridge of the nose. At the temples it is fitted with cheek-pads closely covering the cheek and chin-bones, hovering a few centimetres before the mouth.

The Elven Head Band is clearly elven in style, but is compatible with other Epic Armoury leather products, allowing almost any character to round off their look with this stylish accessory.

Epic Armoury’s Royal Elf Sword is a latex-hybrid medium weapon with incredibly realistic details inspired by the high-fantasy Ethereal Universe. The sword has a double-edged latex blade inspired by the slashing-effective leaf shape. The crossguard and handle is made of polyurethane, shaped and painted to look like carved gold and silver metal with a wooden core and red gem embellishment.

The style is easily compatible with Epic Armoury's other Ethereal range of blades, bows, armour and clothes, giving you the freedom to customize the style and gear for your prospective elven needs. The blade is made from closed cell foam around a fibreglass core and finished with a strong latex coating, while the handle is a polyurethane foam cast that allows for greater detail and no maintenance. Workshop

While creating this weapon, we wanted to make a very detailed naginata with a multitude of nested pieces to represent the organic complexity of a spider. The plates interlocking with each other recall the almost mechanical workings of an insect and the metallic coloring is inspired by their chitinous shells. Made of Calimacil safe foam, this weapon will accompany you in all your battles.

Epic Armoury’s Long Elf Axe is a deadly 147 cm two-handed axe designed for swift elven hands against the worst orc shield-walls and battle formations. It has a 55 cm axe-blade with a long, curved beard which has been hand painted to look like real metal. The head is actually made of soft foam, reinforced with a harder foam core. It attaches to the beautiful golden wood textured shaft which is hand painted and sculpted to look like real wood grain.

HISTORY

Epic Armoury’s Illumine Helmet is a style of helmet inspired by the elven warriors of fantasy. Designed to protect the head during combat, the Illumine Helmet is sleek and elegant, as well as functional. The helmet covers the head, neck, and most of the face thanks to a fanned nasal guard--while still offering clear vision through the helmet’s Y-shaped visor. Overlapping welded plates along the neck also provide some flexibility to turn and look your enemies in the eye. What began as a once a year activity for the brothers expanded in 2003 to include three Renaissance festivals and multiple conventions around the country. During this time, Aradani Studios carried a variety of other brands, but didn't manufacture any of their own products. However, with customers requesting custom prosthetics at every show, they decided it was time to expand.

Starting early in 2005, they began sculpting and producing their own line of prosthetics, by 2007, over 90% of the products they sold were created in house, made and manufactured in Nashville, Tennessee. Customers all over the world have enjoyed Aradani elf ears and masks.

Aside from latex prosthetics and jewelry, Michael and Paul Bielaczyc are acclaimed fantasy artists, winning awards all over the country and working for companies such as Dragonlance and Apex Digest. Their work can be seen in shows across the Southeast and various publications.
