Epic Armoury’s Dreki Pauldrons are a set of pauldrons with shoulder guards and spaulders, protecting the shoulders and upper armours. These robust steel plates efficiently protect the back of your shoulders and upper arm, while maintaining the same Nordic inspired, imposing, design that is common for the Dreki set. With overlapping plates and rivets and angular design gives these pauldrons an intimidating look, with plates in Epic Dark, that runs down the middle of the pauldron, to give symmetry to the pauldrons. The upper arm protection consists of three pieces of overlapping steel plates held together with two bands leather, which is spilt down the middle with an Epic Dark coated plate, designed to keep symmetry. The Dreki Pauldrons together by two tie strings that is attached to the Dreki cuirass or other compatible torso armours, along with a strap on the lower plate of the Dreki pauldron. With overlapping plates, rivets, and its lean form, you can feel like a fantasy Norsemen, braving the harsh wilderness and slaying ancient dragons among snow covered peaks.

Your Knight’s Code is one of valor, truth, and courage. You are tasked with defending the innocent and the weak, and today your oath is being tested. Outside of town there has been a bandit attack on a merchant and his family, and it’s up to you to rescue them.

Your squire straps your RFB Mantle around your neck before adding the gorget and helmet. With the helmet placed firmly over your head, you say a prayer to your god and your small unit strikes out onto the road.

DETAILS

Epic Armoury’s Ready-for-Battle Mantle is a quilted cotton pad designed to add comfort and protection beneath your neck and shoulder armour. Made from quilted cotton canvas lined with a soft polyester interior and a medium cotton outer layer, this mantle can be worn on its own or as padding beneath heavy steel or leather armour.

The RFB Mantle is stitched to ensure the padding will remain evenly spaced. Secure it around your neck by tying the cotton strings at the shoulders, allowing for some adjustments. Quilted armours were common through many cultures and used across a broad expanse of time. With its neutral style, the RFB Mantle will work on a wide variety of characters.

Epic Armoury’s Dreki Armguards is a hybrid between gauntlets and demi-gauntlets, providing comfort and the freedom of movement you desire. Paired with your own leather glove, these robust steel plates efficiently protect the back of your hand, thumb, and underarm, while maintaining the same Nordic inspired, imposing, design that is common for the Dreki set. The Dreki Armguards is held secure two leather straps along with a small steel plate that covers the back of your underarm, one at the start and one at the end, which can both be secured tightly with straps. On the hand plate part, you have a leather band that you put your fingers through, for added control and mobility. Epic Armoury’s Dreki Greaves are a set of greaves that covers the front of your lower legs and shin, while maintaining the same nordic inspired, imposing, design that is common for the Dreki set. These robust two-coloured steel plates efficiently protect the the front of your lower legs while being held secure by and upper and lower leather strap along with a small steel plate that covered the back of your shin along with a brass covered tip that can be used for an additional strap to make it as secure as possible. The double breasted tunic is based on typical Slavic and Northern European coats of the kind common among the Vikings.

Made of a warm wool blend, Rasoul will keep you warm on cold days and protect you against light rain. The robust canvas trim provides colour accents and protects the seams. A traditional cross embroidery adorns the double breasted tunic on the back and on the sleeves.

Same as the "Vladimir" torso armour the spaulders are made out of several flexible segments. This allows the wearer to lift and turn his arms to the greatest possible extent.
Their broad shape accentuates the impressive appearance of the whole suit of armour.

Epic Armoury’s Warrior Shoulderplates are a set of two shoulder guards with spaulders, pauldrons and besagues. The spaulders have five ridged metal plates--or lames--overlaying one another to provide laminate protection of the upper arms. Besauges (small round convex metal shields) tied onto the spaulders with leather cords add further protection to the armpits. The shoulderplates are fastened with leather straps around the biceps and at the shoulder blade, attaching to a breast- and backplate. Epic Armoury breast- and backplates can be purchased separately and have fittings for mounting the shoulders.

Epic Armoury’s Shoulder Plate Giant Warrior are a set of two shoulder guards designed to protect the shoulder-joints and upper arm. This armour’s metal plates overlap one another to provide complete laminate protection. Overlaying the spaulders is a large pauldron, which provides additional protection to joints and armpits. Atop the pauldron a vertical plate sword breaker catches and deflects blows before they can impact the head. The sword breaker is slightly concave and somewhat higher at the back than the front, thus providing protection without impairing vision. Although the armour is designed to match Epic Armoury’s ‘Warrior’ set, it is fully interchangeable with other Epic Armoury armours in order to fully customize your character’s look.

Secure the Shoulder Plate Giant Warrior by tightening the top leather strap onto a breast- or neck-plate, adjusting so that the armour sits comfortably over the shoulder. Keep the armour from further moving by securing an additional top leather strap around the upper arm.
