Epic Armoury’s Warrior Upper Leg armour are tassets designed to protect the thigh and groin. The style is late medieval with rolled edged metal plates overlapping each other. Two sets of steel plates hang from the hips to cover the outer thighs. A third set of slimmer plates cover the groin area and provide some protection to the inner thighs. The set comes with a leather belt with suspenders to keep the piece in place.
The Warrior Upper Leg tassets are neutral in style and fully usable with other Epic Armoury metal products, giving you the freedom to customize your character’s costume. Epic Armoury’s Shoulder Plate Giant Warrior are a set of two shoulder guards designed to protect the shoulder-joints and upper arm. This armour’s metal plates overlap one another to provide complete laminate protection. Overlaying the spaulders is a large pauldron, which provides additional protection to joints and armpits. Atop the pauldron a vertical plate sword breaker catches and deflects blows before they can impact the head. The sword breaker is slightly concave and somewhat higher at the back than the front, thus providing protection without impairing vision. Although the armour is designed to match Epic Armoury’s ‘Warrior’ set, it is fully interchangeable with other Epic Armoury armours in order to fully customize your character’s look.
Secure the Shoulder Plate Giant Warrior by tightening the top leather strap onto a breast- or neck-plate, adjusting so that the armour sits comfortably over the shoulder. Keep the armour from further moving by securing an additional top leather strap around the upper arm. Humidity, expansion and contraction in the heat, UV radiation, rain, and the withering blows of your enemies all conspire to expose your armour to rust, but worse yet, your very own precious bodily fluids conspire to corrode it from the inside with their impurities and corruption! (which is why we only ever drink pure grain alcohol or rainwater)
You could coat your armour (and other metal objects) in a regular run of the mill lubricant, but many of them are actively hydrophobic. Great for metal but terrible for leather, cotton and other organic materials!
Lanox MX4 is a lanolin rich lubricant, and lanolin is the oil that is naturally produced by sheep to prevent them from shrinking in the rain and generally remain weather proof! It is superior to many artificial compounds and does not damage leathers or organic fibres.

Life as a mercenary has made you into a hardened and effective warrior, and while some call it ‘luck’ when your enemy’s sword slides off your Merc Armour, you call it strategy. After all, now your enemy’s heart is a wide open target.
DETAILS
Epic Armoury’s Mercenary Tassets are reminiscent of the typical pikeman armour of the late medieval and renaissance era. The piece consists of three broad metal plates overlapping each other to provide laminate protection for the hips and upper thigh. The tassets leave the pelvis somewhat unprotected, and normally a cod-piece would be added to protect the groin area. The tassets are secured in place with leather cords.
The Mercenary Tassets are designed to match Epic Armoury’s Mercenary Armour, and are the only tassets not fully interchangeable with other Epic Armoury metal products. Made of 1 mm thick mild steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armour piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.

Mytholon enters the market for more premium armour designs with the neautifully hand crafted Dragomir armour.
These tassets provide protection to the thigh and groin while still maintaining terror and dignity.
The "Dragomir" plate armor is incredibly elaborate. It consists of a multitude of lames and finely shaped elements which, when combined, result in extraordinary armor that can hardly be more agile. Every part by "Dragomir" is carefully flanged, decorated with beads and coordinated with one another. They impress with their shape and the masterful execution that makes this armor so unique.
If you like it a little less decorated and want to save some money, you should check out "Dragomir's" brother "Rikomer". Technically identical, "Rikomer" dispenses the decorative beads in favor of a more brutal look and a lower price.
Armor like this is usually only available as a custom-made product and Mytholon had to fiddle a long time before they could get it ready for series production. Of course, the fit must and can be optimized here and there by careful bending, but Mytholon have designed the armor in such a way that it can be carried into the field with maximum comfort.
The individual parts of the Dark varient are burnished to protect against rust and are particularly suitable for dark knights or fighters of chaos.
Steel varient "Dragomir" is particularly suitable for dragon knights or fighters of light.
We generally recommend wearing a gambeson and arm & leg paddings under plate armor. This significantly improves wearing comfort and protection.

DETAILS
Epic Armoury’s Warrior Upper Leg armour are tassets designed to protect the thigh and groin. The style is late medieval with rolled edged metal plates overlapping each other. Two sets of steel plates hang from the hips to cover the outer thighs. A third set of slimmer plates cover the groin area and provide some protection to the inner thighs. The set comes with a leather belt with suspenders to keep the piece in place.
The Warrior Upper Leg tassets are neutral in style and fully usable with other Epic Armoury metal products, giving you the freedom to customize your character’s costume. Made of 1 mm thick mild steel and top-grain leather straps and fittings, this armour piece is built to withstand the abuse of a LARP or reenactment with regular leather and metal armour care.
